This is good magick and no black magick is used in this spell book.
This will only work if the enemy has put in a danger or hurt you legitimately to put you in fear for your health.
Supplies: braided rope, 7 black feathers, 7 white feathers, a stone at least 2 inches wide, a small toy person, access to a river, stream, lake or ocean.
Lay out supplies and CCE everything. Connect the toy to the negative energy given by the person (see next chapter). Untie the braided rope and separate the strands of rope. Tie a black feather to a strand (to banish enemy) and then tie a white feather (to bring peace). As you tie all the feathers one by one taking turns between white and black, use your favourite chant to build power. Tie the toy in the strands last. Throw the project into the river/ocean/stream/lake with as much strength as you can saying:

Peace and acts of harmony
Banish evil- make it flee
As I will, so mote it be
