Chapter 7 Part 1

Harry's POV

*Next day; Friday*

Friday morning.. and a cup of tea.
2 hours before school. I had woken up about half an hour ago. I hardly slept last night. I'm just wondering what school will be like today. I get a text from Kaitlyn and my phone vibrates on my bed. Why is she up so early?

From Kaitlyn:

Hey! I'll meet you after school outside the gates

I get in the shower and make sure the water is cold enough. I stand under the warm water as it hits my cold body. I clean my hair and my body & get out once I'm clean. I wrap a towel around my waist and go back to my room. I put on some black sweats with a white t-shirt, converse and a beanie.

I dive to school and when I get to my locker, my phone vibrates from my pocket.

Kaitlyn:

Looks like you just woke up, Harry. :,D

I look up and see Kaitlyn putting her phone away in her pocket & Nathan surprises her. He turns her around and kisses her. I take out my needed books for my first lesson.

The day went relatively slow. After school, I go outside the gates waiting for Kaitlyn. She was running late. I was outside and I was by the exit where she would see me if she left outside.
I turn around and I see her talking to Nathan. Kaitlyn looked so beautiful smiling.

I send Kaitlyn a text letting her know I'm outside. The wind hits me hard, causing my beanie to fly off. Luckily, Kaitlyn caught it. I smile once I see her give me a 'looking for something' look.

"Hey, Harry." She said laughing handing me back my beanie.

"Thanks. Shall we go?"

"Yeah."

I could see Nathan give me a nasty look and he walks away. I'm just thinking to myself, that was unnecessary.

Kaitlyn was shivering when she sat down in the passenger seat. I turned on the heater in the car. I was cold as well but not nearly as cold as Kaitlyn was.

We talked about what we would be doing today. I drove to a movie rental shop and we both get out of the car when we get there.

"What movies should we watch?" Kaitlyn asks looking at the wall of arranged movies,

"Whatever you want." After I say that, Kaitlyn walks away and she grabs about 10 movies. She has then stacked up on one another and she comes back walking up to me, "Might as well rent out the entire store." She laughs and I laugh with her. I miss these moments we use to have.

Once we get to my house, I go to the kitchen and grab some ice cream & go to my room with Kaitlyn. She seemed distracted on her phone texting Nathan. I honestly can't say I hate him but he sure makes her happy.

She put in one of the 5 movies we had rented. I would've gotten more but Kaitlyn was excited on only 5 of them.

20 minutes passed and she was still texting Nathan. That's all shes doing, texting him! She kept her ice cream between her legs and it has already melted. I took away her phone and put it in my back pocket and Kaitlyn tried to take it back but she couldn't. She giggled a bit and I didn't want to laugh back with her.

"Give it back!!" She yelled.

"No! Pay attention to the movie, Kaitlyn!"

"I was texting som-"

"Nathan! I know! That's why I took it away." Kaitlyn paused the movie and set her ice cream on the bed-side table. She looked back at me and sighed.

"Is something bothering you?"

"I just wanted to spend some time with you but your distracted texting Nathan. But go ahead and text him, I can't control you." I say and sigh. I couldn't said that a lot better.

"I'm sorry. I-" She starts but doesn't finish. I hand her back my phone and she places it next to her melted ice cream. I grab the remote and press play.

We finished all of the movies at 2am and Kaitlyn looked tired. She was half asleep with her head rested on my shoulder. "Lay down." I tell her. She lays down on my bed and pulls the covers over her shoulder. I lay down next to her. My back faces hers and she must have of fell asleep because I heard her slightly snore. I couldn't even sleep. Why would she text Nathan when I'm with her? Why would she? He's her boyfriend. I'm happy their dating because he makes her happy. I still didn't understand why Nathan hated me. Kaitlyn moves her body around and so do I. She moved closer to me and I wrap an arm around her. She was shivering and her body was cold.

"I'm r-really cold, H-Harry." She says as she opens her eyes to look at me. I get up and grab one of my hoodies and hand it to her. She puts it on and we lay down to the position we were in earlier.

I didn't want to move but isn't it wrong that were basically cuddling and she has a boyfriend?

Sorry for the late update but this chapter got somehow deleted so I had to re-rewrite it. I logged out and the chapter magically appeared again.. Weird..
