"Okay, Shouto... This is a big night for you... Don't screw this up because you can't stop thinking dirty..."
Todoroki stood in front of a full length mirror, looking himself over. He wanted to make sure he looked good for his night out with Momo. He was wearing a black leather jacket over a plain white shirt and some ripped up black jeans. It was seven-thirty and the spot they were going to meet at was only about ten minutes away from his house, so he wasn't too worried about being late. He was worried about a few other things, though.
For one, he needed to stop thinking about Momo in the way he had been recently and he was also worried about the reaction he would get from the public for being friendly with a vampire. Despite all of that, Todoroki really wanted to see Momo and could care less about what other people thought.
It still doesn't make sense. he thought. Just because she kissed me once doesn't mean I should be having all these dirty things in my head. Perhaps it's a vampire thing... Does kissing one make you wanna... fuck them? Todoroki sighed and grabbed his phone from a small table next to his mirror and slipped it into his pocket. "I better get going," he said to himself. "Wouldn't want to keep her waiting..."
"Okay, Momo... This is a big night for you... Hopefully all goes well..."
Momo, dressed in a long violet red dress and hair tied up in a ponytail, leaving two strands of hair hang loose from each side of her head, was already walking to her destination. As she walked, she got a few catcalls, but also a few scowls from bypassers. She tried not to mind it that much, but it is something she had gotten used to. All she really cared about right now was whether Todoroki was actually going to show up or not. She had lost a bit of her trust with humans after fifty years of being a vampire. She never once met one that didn't do her wrong. Then again, she had gotten used to it. However, she trusted Todoroki. She had never met a human that treated her as nice as Todoroki did. She also had never met a human as handsome as Todoroki was...
Oh, Todoroki. I can't wait to see you. Please don't leave me hanging...
Momo couldn't help but smile as she got closer and closer to her destination. Without realizing it, she began to walk faster, eager to see Todoroki waiting there for her.
Once she got there, she was disappointed to see that Todoroki was not there yet. She sighed and leaned against the brick wall, the same wall in which she had Todoroki cornered and unintentionally at her mercy. She waited there for a few minutes, but Todoroki was still nowhere to be found. She waited for another five minutes and he was still nowhere to be found. At this point, Momo was feeling more upset than worried.
"I had a feeling this would happen," she mumbled. "Why did I even trust him to begin with?"
She began to walk away, but stopped upon feeling a sudden warmth on her wrist. She turned her head to see Todoroki holding onto her arm. He smiled. "Sorry I'm late, Momo."
Momo smiled back. "It's fine, Todoroki. What took you so long?"
"Well... A black cat crossed my path, so I had to go the long way."
"Sounds legit," Momo laughed.
Todoroki let go of Momo's wrist as she turned to face him. "You look beautiful, Momo," Todoroki complimented her.
The comment was more than enough to make the vampire blush as she smiled brightly. "Thank you, Todoroki... You look just as nice..." she shyly replied. Todoroki simply nodded at her. "So, where are you taking me tonight?"
"Hm, I was wanting to eat a fast food restaurant, but you kinda went all out with your appearance, so I don't know at this point."
Momo looked down at her outfit and then over to Todoroki's. She just now realized how casual Todoroki's outfit was compared to her's. "Oh... It's fine, Todoroki. You can take me wherever."
