So basically, Antartica has been forced to move into an apartment with the Nordics, since reasons. He isn't excited to say the least, since he preferred to live in isolation. But, here he is.

So, each country has wings, and they all start out white. But, a certain experience will turn them a different color, and they will unlock their inner power. Few countries have actually done it though.
