(Mirio's POV)

I sat in my living room while eating when I got a text. "Hey, mirio can I ft you tonight?". It was Y/n, my heart skipped a beat as I responded. It was 6 pm now so she'll probably call around 9. I finished eating and took my dishes to the kitchen and cleaned. I did everything to distract myself from checking the clock. I did it every time we facetimed. I couldn't help it I looked forward to our late night calls even though one of us fell asleep at one point. She was just...stunning, I loved everything about her. I sat in my room and rang Nejire. "Hey, Nejire I think I'm going to tell her today.." I told her. I held the phone away from my ear as Nejire squealed and fangirled down the phone. 

After mine and Nejire's call, I stood up and brushed through my hair to make myself look presentable. My phone vibrated against my desk and Y/n's contact name popped up on my screen. I sat at my desk and propped my phone up and answered. "Hey, Mirio!" Her voice cheered through the phone. My face went red almost immediately. "H-Hey y/n.." I stuttered. We began our hours' long facetime. I checked the time and it was 11:30 pm, y/n had fallen asleep. I should end the call but something was stopping me. "ugh you're so lovely y/n...I can't help but fall you..." I said. She moved around and woke up with a grin "I heard that Mirio...don't worry sunshine...I think you're lovely too," She said. My face turned fifty shades of red. She leaned forward and kissed the camera "Your turn," She whispered. I leaned forward and kissed the camera. We shared our goodbyes and we hung up. I put my phone on charge and quietly cheered. I climbed into bed and let out a chuckle. "She called me sunshine,".....

I looked over at Nejire who had a wide smile on her face. "What did I tell you?" She said. I rolled my eyes and let out a giggle. "We should get to sleep you want to look good for your man tomorrow," She giggled. I blushed heavily and got into bed..."Lovely" I thought...
