"Bree, come on. This one-in-a lifetime experience." Nica whined while holding the boy's hands as she was talking to him. The boy looked at his friend's pleading face, defying his decision a while ago. "Is it one in a life time?"Bree taunted. " Fine! It's not. But I can't let you coop up with your apartment and be with your imaginary boyfriends," Nica defended with a little teasing at the end.

"They are not my boyfriends! They are just books I love to read! "flustered by his friends teasing. Bree is obsessed with romance, especially BL books, with lots of dirty activities. His obsession with romance was one of the reasons why he was able to go through with his college life.

"You're so cute, you know that. Please, just this one night and the next I will not invite you again," Nica convinced him.

"Nica, you know I'm Omega, right? What if some alpha douchebag tries to hit on me? "He reminded her. Being an omega sucks, and Bree is not proud of being one. Some say to be proud of being one because you get to be pregnant, but not for him. They don't get to experience being in heat, they don't get to experience being harassed, and most importantly, Omegas are pron to bullying. Bree thought, if there is a chance to change who he is, then the first thing he is going to do is change his title.

"Don't worry, no alpha's allowed inside that club. I searched it up, and it's legit," Nica explained, still holding her best friend's arms as they walk the hallway of their school. "Okay, fine! "The boy sighed in defeat. Nica jumped like a puppy and explained to him that he should be ready by 9 and she would pick him up.

Bree just chuckled and watched her friend leave happily. He didn't even know when and why she befriended him since they are the opposite of each other. Nica is a beta, outgoing person, loud, funny, and friendly. Bree is omega, introverted, quiet, and finds jokes cringeworthy. But he believes that opposites attract; he thinks that's the reason why?

It was sunny today, the sun shinning as the wind keeps blowing. He hoped that his life would be much better in the days to come. He went home after getting something to eat in a nearby store. He dropped his bag on the couch, then went straight in the kitchen to grab some water. While eating, he was thinking about the plans tonight. The truth is, he was not feeling about it. The thought of many people around him makes him uncomfortable, but because Nica insistingly pleaded with him, he got no other options to say no because once Nica is set, there will be NO as an answer.
