The Alpha Prince's Mate

     "Hurry up we are going to be late!" Sara yelled from downstairs. She came over to get ready since we are going to the ball together. We have been waiting for this day since we turned 17. When a wolf turns 18 they get to go to the ball in search of the wolf mate. It seems like it has taken forever to get to this point. I had my beautiful blue dress on that curved to my body just right. "I am on my way!" I said coming down the hall. "Damn Eva! You look stunning! I hope your mate finds you tonight!" She says enthused. Sara had found her mate, Tom, this summer the day she turned 18 and she has been happy ever since. I had just turned 18 today so I havent met my mate yet. I am hoping to meet him at the ball tonight. I am just lucky it fell on my birthday so i didnt have to wait 3 months to go to the ball like Sara. On the way to the ball we talked about what i was looking for in my mate it was simple: good looks, nice, and loving. The simple things to make me happy was all i needed. I didnt need money or power to make me happy. I heard the prince would be there tonight and my heart pounded. I have been wanting to meet him. Not because of who he was but because of how sweet and hot he was. I always had a sweet spot for guys with good looks even though I know looks can be conceiving. We arrived at the ball and Tom was there waiting on Sara. "I'll be close if you need me we are just going to dance really quick." She stated smiling up at Tom. "I'll be fine you too go have fun." I said and they took off toward the dance floor. The castle was beautiful the ceiling was so high up, with chandeliers it was hard to take it all in. As I was mesmerized in looking at the castle I didn't notice that I was about to run all over some one until it was too late. "Oh my gosh I am so sorry." I said turning around to see if he was okay. I froze as I realized it was the prince that I hit. I was dazzled in his eyes the way of the world I knew was over. Right then and there I found my mate, the prince, no not just the prince the alpha prince. Before I knew what was happening I fainted in his arms.
