While I finish my math test, the school bell chimes, and I rush out of class. I run outside to go find Samantha and Annie, my two best friends. When we finally find each other, we walk to my house. On the way home we talked and laughed and had a great time. Then Annie asked,"Hey, I forgot to ask you what college y'all got into, I got into Wake Forest University."
Well I got in-"
"I got into Wake Forest University too! Samantha squealed."
"OMG Yasssss! As Annie and Samantha we're jumping up and down and getting all excited, I was sitting on my bed with a knot in my stomach. I knew I wasn't going to Wake Forest University. So many things were going on inside my head, Will they still be my friends, Will I ever see them again, What if they make better friends, Will they remember who I am!?
"HELLO?
"NICOLE!
"NICOLE!
"NICOLE YOU THERE?"
"NICOLE IS THIS ISN'T FUNNY!
"NICOOOOOOLLLLLLE!
"OH, ummmm sorry just daydreaming..."
"Soooo what college did you get into? Annie asked."
At that moment the same things started rushing through my head. There was so much, I just couldn't take anymore.
