"Arry tell na?! What would you do if one day Shaarav's father, The Shaurya Khanna would appear in front of you, just like that out of  no where." Vidhi managed to ask hoping to not get killed for coming up with such questions. "Aaj tujhe kya ho gaya hai? Kyun faltu ke sawaal kare ja rahi hai? First of all Shaarav is my son, not at all his and I have told you before that man is non-existent for me. I won't give a damn if some day he comes face to face with me."  She said finishing with the plating of the dishes they were about to present in front of the investors. "I think even he wouldn't care enough to be bothered about my existence. He never cared to look for me, never tried to find out if I am dead or still alive." She continued, her voice turned sour with the bitter truth coming out of her mouth. "What if he still cares for you, he always did care and even tried finding you?" Vidhi didn't know herself what she was try to do, maybe she wanted Mehak to be prepared to face her biggest fear, Shaurya Khanna. "It's 21st century we are living in my dear. Social media ke zamane mein koi kisi ko dhoond na paye aisa to ho nahi sakta hai, and here we are talking about The Shaurya Khanna! How difficult would it have been for him to find out about me?" Mehak rolled her eyes, shaking her head in disbelief. "Let's not waste time and get done with this. The investors have already arrived we can't afford to have anything go wrong. Come on guys it's time to show them what we are capable of!" Mehak signaled her staff to take the platters out. "Where do you think you are going? The investors would definitely would want to meet you." Said Vidhi, looking towards Mehak. "Can't go infront of them like this! Let me change, I will join you all in a bit." Mehak rushed towards the restroom attached to her cabin.

"Welcome to Cafe Zindagi Mr Khanna!" Rohaan pleasantly greeted Shaurya. "Nice place Mr Kapoor." Shaurya seemed impressed by the view of the cafe. "Mr Kapoor meet Nimrat Kaur, the most important person of my life my friend and my business partner." Shaurya introduced Nimrat to Rohaan and the staff of the cafe. "Nice to having met everyone Mr Kapoor but where is the person behind this cafe. We would like to meet the owner." Nimrat said looking around the cafe. "Of course why not, give me a second I will call her. Mehak!!" Nimrat rose up from her seat aghast upon the mention of Mehak, a very familiar name that she had been listening to ever since she had known Shaurya. Shocked she looked over her shoulder to see Shaurya's reaction towards it but to her surprise he had left. "Where is Shaurya? Did he walk off upon hearing Mehak's name?" She whispered to herself. Worried she took out her phone an dialed Shaurya's number, hoping he would be fine.

"Now why are you calling me? I have told you so many times to call my manager whenever you need anything." A pissed Shaura walked out of the cafe. "Why are you always this rude Shaurya? Maa houn tumhari, tumse baat karne ke liye mujhe kisi wajah ki zaroorat nahi hai."  Karuna Khanna answered from the other side of the phone. "Maa ho, paida kiya hai, paal poss kar bara kiya hai, is hee liye ab tak lihaaz kar raha houn Mrs Khanna. I wish I could forget the fact that you are my mother." He said through his clenched teeth. "I know I have done wrong to you but..." Karuna'a voice trembled with guilt. "But what? Now it's too late, right?! You ruined everything Mrs Khanna! Don't ever call me your son again nor try and contact me. Ab tak mein Dad ke liye chup raha but there is a limit to everything." Shaurya sighed, disconnecting the call he walked back into the cafe.

"Nice meeting you Ms Nimrat Kaur. I am the Assistent Chef and the 50 percent share holder of this cafe. I am glad you decided to give us a chance to show you our culinary skills." Vidhi introduced herself to Nimrat. "The pleasure is all ours, I have heard quite good things about the food being served over here. It just needs the much needed promotion and I am sure you guys will rock it." Said Nimrat still trying to understand if she had heard the right name a while ago. "Shaurya?! Where the hell were you? I was looking for you." A worried Nimrat rushed towards Shaurya. "Nothing I just got a call and the network here is quite bad so had to walk out." Shaurya assured Nimrat. "Alright, I guess we should start with the tasting of the dishes presented by the very brilliant Chef Vidhi!" Nimrat pointed towards the table reserved for them and found no one around the table. "Please take a seat, I asked Vidhi to get the star Chef of this cafe, but till then you guys can go ahead and taste the flavours you wouldn't find anywhere else in this world." Said Rohaan proudly. Hidden away in the pantry Vidhi walked back and forth, worried how to escape meeting Shaurya. She had seen him walk inside, thankfully she could get into the pantry near the hall. "I knew this is going to happen! Guess what?! The new investor, it's Shaurya! What am I supposed to do now?! It's not even about me, it's about Mehak." Vidhi whispered over the phone. "That's what we exactly wanted to happen right?! We wanted them to meet each other, once they have met each other I am sure, this time they won't be able to let go off each other." Shiv spoke from the other end of the phone. "Of course I wanted them to meet but not like this. Shiv, It's not that easy. Here we are talking about Mehak and Shaurya, who took months to express their feelings for each other, even after being aware about each others feelings." She sighed knowing Mehak would never melt this soon. "Relax Vidhi, let it happen. If they are meant to meet today, then they will, and no one will be able to stop it from happening." Said a confident Shiv.
