Piper glanced at Lester, tears in her eyes "We are so so sorry Percy"
"No" Percy started. Jason can't be dead. He is too strong and brave and tough and hot. I mean, he was the strongest, bravest, most loyal and honestly hottest person I have ever met. I was gonna confess to him. Now it is too late.
The first time I tried to confess, I couldn't even go into the first cabin to get to him. I was too afraid. How could he love a guy? How could he love me? He loved Piper, so he is obviously straight. Shut up. My brain would not shut up. He really loved Jason, but now he is gone. Good job Percy. You should've told him when you had the chance. My brain needs to leave me alone.
"I tried I really did. It's all Zeus' fault. I'm sorry everyone." Piper was tearing up.
"It's okay," Lester started. "If it is anyone's fault, it's mine. I could've fought better and-"
"No Lester. It is that stupid bolt-headed father of yours' fault. If he doesn't make you a god again soon I'll..." She broke down crying. A lot of the campers were crying too. I prayed to see him again, just once. I prayed to Hades, Zeus and the Fates. I wished to see him just once more.
