B POV
2 weeks. 2 fucking weeks that Jughead has been canceling on our dates and ignoring my visits, or every time I call or message him it's either "I'm busy with the serpents" or "I'll call you back the serpents need me."
I get the serpents are his family, they always will be but he needs to see that I'm apart of his life as well, I'm supposed to matter to him, but he only treats me like fucking shit.
I'm tired of all of this, he needs to step up and notice what he is doing is wrong and unbelievable.
He said he would be coming home at 6:30 so I'll just wait for him.

8:30pm
It's already 8:30 and still no Jughead
I sigh and decided just to leave it and get some rest, I gather all my things and start walking out his bedroom when I hear the door opening

J POV
I'm tired, exhausted, sleepy, hungry, and worn out.
The serpents have been up my ass lately but they've needed me a lot these past 2 weeks.
I open the door to my trailer and see Betty leaving my room with all her stuff (no she doesn't live there, she just has her extra clothes and her keys and etc.)
J:"hey betts, wait why are you leaving?"
B:"don't act like you fucking care"
She was obviously mad, I don't blame her I told her I would be home at 6 and instead I came home at almost 9
I felt bad and sorry at the same time
J:"of course I care why wouldn't I?" I asked
B:"oh I don't know, maybe because you've canceled almost 6 dates already, you barely answer my calls or messages, and your always with the serpents!"
B:"I get they need you Jug but I need you too! My father is in prison and my mother joined a fucking cult! I'm here too you know!"
Tears were already coming out of her eyes and I hated seeing her like that, I knew I was spending extra time with the serpents but I didn't think it would bother her that much.
J:"I know, I'm sorry"
J:"the serpents needed me and I wasn't giving you any attention and I'm sorry okay?"
She scoffed and nodded
B:"I'm not someone you get to just mess with Jughead, your apology is accepted but I need space from you right now"
B:"can you do at least that for me? Can you give me damn space?"
*sigh*
J:"yes, can I at least hug you?"
She simply shook her head, but she needed me and I needed her.
I took off my jacket and wrapped my arms around her, holding her close.
J:"I'm so sorry betts, I promise from now and on I'll spend every second with you, you can come with me to do my serpent business, well do it all together okay?"
She hugged me back and nuzzled her face in my neck
B:"promise?"
J:"Promise, baby"
She looked at me and smiled, cupping my cheeks and pulling me into a kiss.
I kissed her back and took her to my room, laying her down gently on the bed.
I layed next to her and held her close
J:"I'm sorry about your parents"
B:"me too" she said softly
She started to cry softly, soaking my shirt but I didn't give two fucks
J:"it's okay, love."
J:"you have me here, okay?"
She wiped her tears and nodded
B:"I love you"
J:"you have no idea"
