Intro begins

In the land of the UF there is a city that where the President is looking at its beauty. He looks at the citizens of the United Federation and how much they have achieved and sacrifice to get here. Then turn back to his desk as he sits down to do his presidential duties.

He then looks at the picture of his son in his military dress uniform, along with a red hair female bull faunus who was close to him. Wearing a similar dress uniform but for a female. He smiles as he returns to work.

Next the scene changes to UF forces engaging the white fang forces and achieving victory. Then it also shows the UF Soldiers wining the hearts and minds of many civilians. As well giving humanitarian aid.

Over the skies the United Federation Navy is doing their patrols. To protect their nation as a Griffin is flying to the island. It's destroyed by the frigate's energy weapon.

Then it shows the reactions of the kingdoms to the UF and how strong they are. Meanwhile for the headmaster he looks on with intrigue. For a certain few they are seen as threats.

After that it shows in the land of Mistral where battalions of soldiers wearing similar gear to the UF troops. As next to them are the UF forces as they launch the campaign.They charge in guns blazing against their enemies as the screen cuts to the UF flag flying over with the sun shining through it.

Intro ends

A week later in Mistral in the council chambers.

The council of Mistral where having a discussion with each other over important issues and a idea that one of the younger councilors gave.

MC4: My fellow councilors. I would like to ask for you all to listen to my idea.

He got a response from the second oldest one in the council a 40 year old woman who gave the reply.

MC2: Of course. What is it?

MC4: I know this might sound a bit crazy. But I want Mistral to be officially part of the United Federation.

That got a moment of silence from the rest. As they were shock of how the younger one told them.

MC3: What made you suggest such a crazy idea.

It came from the third councilor younger than the second one,but the young man in his mid twenties. Didn't get intimidated and responded with pride.

MC4: It's not a crazy idea. Listen, I only suggested it, because for the first time, there is hope.

MC2:Hope?

MC4: Yes,hope in a better tomorrow. Not just for us but for everyone else in our kingdom. Not just for our kingdom but for those out there the villages and regain what we lost.

MC3: Well you do have a point,but what will happen to the council and the huntsman? If we decided to join.

MC4: To be honest I don't know. Though I do know that the UF will never tear it all down. They accept the council for we are similar to them that we have been elected to our spots. As for the huntsman that's a answer that I don't have.

The council slowly took in what he said and had to agree with what he is saying. Though they didn't spoke yet as to let him go finish.

MC4: The real reason why,I want Mistral to be part of the UF. Is for our people that we swore to protect and serve. How many of our villages and how many lives have been lost over the year. Not only because of the Grimm but bandits,or occupied by white fang. We have been to reliant on huntsman. That is the reason why I want us to join them. They can help us build our own military to protect our home and lands. To finally push back the Grimm.

MC3: But won't put sudden military bios up upset the other kingdoms?

MC2: It could.

MC4: Maybe,though the only one that might be more upset will be Atlas. We I don't care I say it's time we take action.

MC1: He's right.

Then all the councilors moved to see the eldest of them looking at his fellow councilors.

MC1: He is right. We have been to reliant on the Huntsman who have their own agendas. As well Atlas has never given much support in helping others. It's time we build our own forces that are loyal to not just the kingdom but the values that the forces of the United Federation have. To protect and serve without fear or hesitation. We have seen how powerful they are and yet they only use them to protect and give aid to those who need it. Unknown to the rest we know why is that.

MC3: It's because elf their tech and training.

MC2: Maybe but I don't think that's what he means?

MC1: Right, I'm talking about a weapon more potent than any other weapons in any arsenal in remnant. The will and moral courage of free men and women. I agree full heartily with this idea. I had enough waiting for a miracle to happen. It's time we rise and take back our lands not just for us but for the lives of those millions yet born.

Each one of them look at each other and nodded with the decision. As they began to discuss in detail how they would their people react to it and how it would work. A decision had been made and the began with their objective.

Two weeks later

It was a long road for Mistral as the council told the people, of their choice to join the United Federation. In a surprising turn of events. The majority of the people have their support to be part of the UF.

Soon they made contact with the government and told them that they want to join with the UF as one. There was a bit of a discussion with the president and the rest if they were certain. The council nod and told them that their people also support their decision. Soon the President along with the rest of the parliament went in detail with the councilors.

It took a while and soon the terms were set. Soon it became a topic for the rest of the kingdoms as they saw Mistral joining with the UF. Once the documents were sing now Mistral became part of the United Federation and now they need to build their own forces and bases as well improve their police forces. As well for the councilors to decided on their representatives who will be part of the UF capital to discuss new laws and other stuff. As for the huntsman they will still continue to do their jobs.

Though now a number of people in Mistral, have volunteer to be the first of many who will be part of Mistral Armed Forces. It was a win win on both sides for the United Federation they have gained a valuable ally and friend and will help in expansion as well getting access to resources. For Mistral it was a win for their people will now have in universal health care and education. As well one important thing they also gained hope in a better future and now they know that they won't be standing alone. For they became part of the United Federation and when their forces have been trained and gained experience. They will retake their lands.

Unfortunately for the enemy of all of Remnant. She will soon learn that no matter how strong she is. She can never put of the flame of both Humans and faunus. As well they will soon take the battle to her and her pawns.
