The raid wad inching closer abd closer, and Jorel had a hard time keeping himself together. George was running out of ways to distract Jorel, though he was never distracted on the first place. Jorel was going insane, and more and more people who were going to raid Area 51 were starting to show up. George called up the rest of the guys, and they all came as soon as they could. The last one to arrive was Dylan, and by that time there wad barely any space in the hotel room.
"You really think Aron is in Area 51?" Matt asked after Jorel explained what happened.
"Yes! He has to be!" Jorel replied. "I just wish the raid was sooner. Aron's hurt, I know he is. They did something to him at that base, I just know it."
Jordan slowly nodded his head. "Too bad there's still 7 days until the raid. Who knows what could happen in those seven days!"
"Don't remind me." Jorel muttered, then sighed. "I just really want Aron back."
"We know you do. Which is why we came here to help." Danny said. "Even if we have to raid a highly protected military base, and possibly die."
"Are you going to help us, George? Or this is this an insane idea?" Jorel asked.
"The idea is still insane, but I miss Aron too. I'll help you raid Area 51." George replied, receiving a couple of cheers and a smile from Jorel.
"George is just as crazy as us!" Dylan shouted.
"We're in a hotel, Dylan." Matt said. "You gotta be quiet."
"No."
"Okay."
Jorel chuckled a little and shook his head. "I'm glad you guys made it here. We're so going to make it into Area 51."
"Fuck yeah we are!" Jordan yelled. Matt sighed and mumbled something to himself. "Sorry, Matt."
"It's okay, Jordan." Matt said.
"Let's go get some food, and we'll discuss the plans again." Jorel said. The guys murmured their agreements and followed Jorel out of the hotel room.
Kyle was standing over Aron, waiting for him to wake up. It's been five days since he was taken out of the room, and he hasn't moved since the guards dropped him off. The only indication Aron was alive was the small movements his chest made when he breathed. The alien sat down beside Aron and poked his shoulder. The silence of the room was broken by the sound of the door opening. Kyle quickly picked up Aron and looked over to see who was there. It wss the same two guards who took Aron away last time.
"Hey Kyle." One of the guards greeted. "Can you please give Aron too us? Dr. Nelson wants to see him again."
Kyle shook his head. "No."
"Why not, Kyle?" The other guard asked.
"Because you're gonna hurt him again. He's barely alive from the last time you took him." Kyle replied.
"That's why Dr. Nelson wants to see him. He wants to help Aron get better." The guard said. Kyle just shoon his head and held Aron tighter. When the guards walked towards him, Kyle jumped up and held Aron high enough so the guards couldn't reach him. The two guards tried to jump and grab Aron, but they couldn't reach him. Kyle kicked one of guards, sending him flying across the room. He did the same to the other guard. They both scrambled out of the room and slammed the door behind them.
Kyle stared at the door for a few moe seconds before sitting back down. The once unconscious Aron was startijg to stir, and Kyle made a happiness noise. Aron groaned and opened his eyes. His throat was burning and it felt like his stomach acid was burning away the insides of his body.
"Kyle? My everything hurts." Aron mumbled, his burning throat making it hard to talk.
"You're alive!" Kyle exclaimed, giving Aron a big hug. "Oh, I thought you were going to die!"
"Die? What happened?" Aron asked.
"The guards took you away, and when you came back you wouldn't wake up." Kyle replied. "But you're awake now!"
"I need water. And food." Aron mumbled, barely able to keep his eyes open.
Keeping Aron in his arms, the alien walked over to the door. He tried the handle, hoping the guards were too panicked to lock it. To his luck, the door easily opened. Kyle looked both ways before creeping out if the room. His room was located in a long hallway, doors to other rooms were dotted here and there. Kyle darted to one end of the hallway and opened the door that was there. Today must've been Kyle's lucky day, because this was the room where they keep all their water bottles and food.
Kyle grabbed a bottle of water and opened it. He pressed it to Aron's lips and tipped it. The water felt like a godsend to Aron, and he quickly drank the entire bottle. Kyle gave Aron another one, which he quickly drank too. The only food they had were premade sandwiches, so Kyle gavd one of those to Aron. Kyle also got some food, since he wanted to take advantage of the situation. Once Aron was starting to feel better, Kyle ran back to their room and shut the door once the two were inside.
"Thank you, Kyle." Aron said, smiling at him.
Kyle couldn't help but smile back at Aron. "I don't my only friend here to die on me." He said, letting Aron slide off his lap. Aron kept his head on Kyle's lap and stared at him.
"If the raid is successful, and we get out of here, do you wanna live with me?" Aron asked.
"Yeah! I'd like living with you." Kyle replied, his smile growing even wider. "But what if the raid isn't successful?"
Aron shrugged his shoulders. "We'll have to stay here and suffer until we die." Aron bit his lip and tears started to form in his eyes. "I-I'll never see my friends again. I... I'll never see Jorel again."
"Is Jorel your husband?" Kyle asked.
Aron shook his head. "No, but it feels like he is sometimes." He quickly wiped away a tear that fell down his cheek.
"Oh. So you love him?" Kyle asked.
Aron paused for a second. "Y-Yeah. I think I do."
"Well, I guess we can only hope the raid goes well."
