chapter 2

                                                                             chat noir's pov

I'm now inside Marinette's room munching on some macaroons and croissants while watching her sketch some fashion designs I saw a few of them but she is too embarrassed to show me a certain page idk why  

"come on let me see," I said in a whiny voice

"NO," she said in a stern voice

"please" I sad giving her adorable kitty cat eyes

"Mmmmm no......" she said 

"fine"

I look back at her and see her yawn I look at the time and see its 1:29 am and I start to worry it's really late and she should be in bed

"purr-rinses you should really be in bed right now it's really late"

she looks at the clock and realizes I'm right she starts to pack up

she says "chat shouldn't you be heading home right now"

 "um actually I was wondering if I could stay here tonight"

"uh-eh *blushes intensely*"

"don't worry ill sleep on the chaise"

"oh ok um sure just go on the balcony while I take a shower"

" ok "

i go on the balcony and look at the stars i look at the direction of my so called home and get  a little sad i start to think about my father and how cold he has been scene my mother left i think about my mother and how she left without a trace and how we don't  know if she is dead or alive i think about Natile and how she is like my mother and Gorizilla i think about my modeling and my ridiculous diets and then i think about how i cant be myself i have to put on a fake smile and how being Chat Noir has let me be my self and how only really 2 people has brung a smile to my face as chat and that's M'lady and ..... my princess i don't know why but she makes me feel wanted don't get me wrong my lady does the same but its just something about Marinette makes me feel happy  some blush makes its way to my face i think about how she is so nervous around me as Adrein but so calm around chat i don't know why but i thin she is scared of me or some thing i mean i don't think she dislikes me cus shes very kind to me so.... I just don't know         

suddenly I hear a sweet voice singing I get curious and go to investigate and see princess singing  her voice is so sweet I wonder why she doesn't sing more 

"princess???"

"cus when it all falls then whatever-AAAAHHH oh it's just you chat you scared me wait how much did you here"

"uh not much"

" oh ok phew"

suddenly I see he pj's and blush

Maris pov

"chat are you ok" 

I look at him and he's not responding I walk up to him and check his pulse he's alive thankfully so I grab him by his tale and drag him to my chaise I lift him enough to put him on my chaise I grab a blanket and some pillows and put them on him I turn off the light and head off to my bed I slowly get consumed by darkness and drift off to sleep and suddenly I have a terrible nightmare

                                                                    in Mari's nightmare 

I saw chat fighting an Akuma alone suddenly I swing in and start to fight too I wasn't paying attention and suddenly something came flying at me I wasn't sure what it was but next thing I know I got hit chat ran over to me screaming I was bleeding a lot and suddenly my transformation wore off and chat stopped crying he dropped my body and got up he walked away and said "I never liked you I don't know why I ever loved you and I was left there to die

                                                                       end of nightmare  

I woke up in a cold sweat screaming suddenly chat jumped off the chaise and ran to me he saw me crying came up to me and cuddled me he held me while I was crying into his chest he calmed me down and he just helped me after my breathing steady he asked me what was wrong I just told him it was a really bad nightmare he understood that i didn't want to talk about it so he was about to go back to the chaise when i grabbed his tail he looked back at me and ask is their anything else i wanted i asked him to stay with me he blushed but nodded he crawled back to me and got under the covers with me he wrapped his arm around me and we both peacefully fell asleep 

                                                                       in the morning     

i woke up with a arm wrapped around my body i open my eyes and relies that the arm is chats you know how i knew because it was black leather i slowly wiggle my way out of his grasp and get off the bed and look at the time its 6 am I'm surprised so i take advantage of it and get ready i decide to wear something different today so i put on a olive green shirt with a leather jacket some black pants for shoes I put on some black high heel boots and a cat-themed side purse a fake cat ring and some bracelets a cat Noir key chain with a black choker with a bow and a bell she decided to do a new hairstyle (outfit above)

when I came out of her closet she sees chat Noir left but he left a note the note said :

Dear purr-rinses thank you for letting me stay over my family isn't the best I hope the nightmare you had last night wasn't too bad well I hope you have a paw-sitive perfect day 

love: your only knight

I rolled my eyes at his pun and put the note in my binder Tikki  flew into my side bag and I went downstairs I grabbed a croissant and walked out the door with my bookbag I got to school early all eyes were on me I walked into school and I saw Alya talking to Nino I walked up to her and she gasped and asked me about the outfit change I just said I felt different today she just shrugged  and just started talking to me and Nino and soon later Adrian pulled up in his car his eyes automatically went to me and blushed he waved to us and walked over we started talking
