In Between

This chapter is about whay happened to percy on his trip from leaving camp to getting to his mother's apartment.

Trees.. trees everywhere in my eyes on the ground hitting me in the face over and over again, but i can't stop I can hear them calling out to me, but it won't work my fatal flaw may be loyalty, but i am only loyal to those who are loyal to me aswe- Percy's thinking is cut off by the minataur's giant harry back right in front of his face so percy tries to slip away but to his dismay the minataur smells him and turns to see a tiny demigod crying he is vulnerable the minataur strikes Percy before he can flee and percy crumples into the dirt in agony as he is struck over and over again until percy turns his head enough just to see the monster out of the corner of his and Percy's eyes go red as he controls the water molecules in the creatures body until it turns to a pile of gold dust. Percy finds his pack that had been pulled off of him and gets out his ambosia squares that tasted of blue chocolate chip cookies little did he know that monsters would constantly attack him on his way through the woods and that would be the last time he would taste something even close to his mother's recipe for her famous blue cookies.
