His Voice

A Start

The drive home was quiet, nothing but a few 'are you alights' and stuff like that. "Hey mom" "Yes Izu?" "Can we go to the store in a little bit. I want to get some stuff for me to sing!" "Well of course Izu! Lets get home and get some showers and then we can go. Ok?" "Thanks mom!" We get home and I make a full on sprit to the bathroom to go and take a shower. I didn't want to wait for more time than I needed to. Once I was finessed with my shower I rushed to my room to grab what little money I had. I've been saving up to get some equipment to try to sing but I was still a little short. "Mom... I don't think I have enough money to get the stuff." "Sweeties you don't haft to pay! You just got out of the hospital for goodness sakes! I'll get it for you. Don't worry about it." As soon as my mother said that I could feel the excitement in my face. Mom must have noticed it and asked "You ready?" "YEAH!" as I was saying it I was jumping up and down extatically. I never realized how much I loved music till now I guess, but I was excited non the least.

In less that an half hour we were at the mall. We walked around a bit going from store to store grabbing a few things here and there. Then we reached to music store. I was running down the things I would need in my head, at least till mom taped me on the shoulder. "You know what you need Izu?" "Yup!" "Alright is you say so."

We walk in the store and are greeted by a woman with some block glasses and purple hair. As we walked around a bit looking for my equipment an employee with long dirty blond hair walked up to us. "Hey Hey! finding everything you need alright?" "Yeah were just looking around" " Well is there anything in particular you looking for?" "Well Izu?" My mom looks at me, I was drifting off in my thoughts only to be brought back to reality realizing I needed an answer. "Um.. well yeah do you have anything for like recording?" "Ah yes we do it should be in the back left corner of the shop. Kyoka could you show these customers to the recording section while I go help the other customers?" "Yeah one sec papa!" I look over and see a girl not much older than me probably about 10 or 11 come to great us. "Hi I'm Kyoka Jiro nice to meat you! You needed the recording section right? This way please" We follow the girl to the back left corner of the shop where the recording stuff was and she politely leaves to go help another customer. "Alright you can get what every you need!" my mom looks at me giving me the sigh to go grab what I need. A mic, headset, and gift card for an audio program and we headed to the check out. "Hello did you find everything ok mam?" "Yeah just fine thank you" "If you don't mind me asking what are you going to do with these?" "W-well U-um" I never really though how I would explain what I wanted to do. It just seamed to embarrassing but I needed something. "W-w-well I was wanting t-to start a Y-YouTube channel b-b-but I don't know for sure!" I felt so nerves about saying it but I said it... but there's no going back now. "Well I think that's a wonderful idea little man. If you ever want lesion's about using this program or anything music related in general we'd be happy to have you!" "T-t-thank you!" "Alright your good to go! Have a nice day you 2!" "Thanks! you too!" As we leave the store my mom looks me right in the eyes. "So that's what you wanted it for?" "W-w-well yeah. I hope that's ok." I look down at my feet, my mom places her hand on my back and pulls my head to look at her. "I think it's a great idea Izu!"

It's been about a year since I started my YouTube channel named "forest wind" I think it's really corny but my mom insisted once I suggested it. I started by making little music videos and stuff like that. By the end of my first month I had gotten about 300 subscribers witch seamed like a lot in such a sort amount of time but I still continued. I started going back to the music shop about twice a week for some vocal lesions. In that time me and Jiro became good friends and we even did a few duets together for my channel. I just stated doing live steams about a month ago. I had about 10,000 subscribers witch I found insane for what I was doing but I rolled with it. It even got to a point where some of my bullies started listening to my music. It became really big for a while since I decided to say my age and what school I went to. For about a week strait people were trying to figure out who I was. It was actually quite fun to sit back and watch it all unfold.

I walked home from school, well more or less run. I got home said hi to my mom and immediately got to work if you could call it that. Today I was doing my first live steam with Jiro so I was making sure everything was ready while on the phone with her. It was kind of weird with me and her. To any other person we looked like a couple but were really just close friends and viewed each other more like co workers that a couple. Plus I wasn't really that interested in her I knew it was the same for her too. I got the steam set up and the list of songs we were singing and a link to her channel as well and waited for it to start.

And live! "Hello everyone! Welcome to my Monday streams! Today I'm going to do something a little different I'm going to have my friend from EarjackYT come and join us today!" "O god I'm not used to this at all!" "It's alright! You'll be fine look at me of all people!" "Yeah fair. I guess we should start of the steam with are first song so here we go I guess!" "Yeah! But before we start thank you Chocolate Cupcake for the 500 yen stream tip thank you so much means the world! But with no further adu! LETS START!

We continued with the rest of the stream and had a blast. Thankfully Jiro like it. I was a little afraid that her stage fright would get to her but she was good thankfully. And with that I ate dinner and got a lot of good jobs from my mom on my steam and I headed to bed.

And DONE! whoa so yeah I don't have much to say but I will say this is not a Izuki x Jiro I might make another story with that but idk. And YES Chocolate Cupcake has a big part in the next few chapters. I hope you enjoyed and I hope the music was a good chose. I was having a hard time finding a good song that's NOT a love song.
