/NSFW warning: minor blood, gore/
Yellow-blonde hair rustling with the wind, a determined look on his face, as he pocketed his phone walking in silence. His hands fumbled with his sleeves as his feet left soft thumps on the concrete, a gloved hand wrapped around his mouth as his frail body fell into a puddle, cold water soaking his jeans and the back of his hoodie. A gasp left his parted lips, eyelashes tangling together as he received a punch to the side of his face, he didn't have chance to blink again as his head slammed against the concrete. Blood trickled down from his nose as his body became numb from the amount of blows being handed out to his body. It didn't take long before his eyes rolled back, his consciousness leaving as he let off a spark of electricity in the last second, a loud grunt coming from the attacker before footsteps rushed off into the night.
Hours passed before students began to become worried, they were aware that Kaminari came home late, but 2 hours had passed. Mina stood up from the couch, her eyes averting to Tenya, lips pursing she ran a hand through the mess of bubblegum hair she had. "I'm going to find Kami, it's not safe for him to be out this late." The class representative stood, pushing his glasses up the bridge of his nose, shaking his head lightly. "I'm afraid I can't let you go out, if you're that worried, I'll check around town." The smaller teen nodded, a worried look still contorted on her face, but sighed nodding. "Okay, be back before lights out.." Tenya just hummed, making his way towards the door, once he was out of the dorms he started up his quirk, engines working faster than turbo.
He managed to cover half of the town before he stopped at the sight of a blonde tuft of hair. His eyes widened at the sight of his classmate lying in a pile of blood, injuries not prominent other than an obvious head injury. Blood clotted around the right side of the blonde's face, eye covered with the thick liquid. His body sprawled on the concrete, up against a brick wall, as If he was thrown against it. If you didn't look close enough, it looked as if he was dead.. Tenya took a deep breath, walking over to the beaten boy, kneeling down to his side. He placed two fingers against his neck checking his pulse. "Jesus.. What happened..?" His words mumbled to himself as he took out his phone, looking around before clicking on a contact. Three clicks was all he needed, until help was on the way.

Eyes fluttering open as his eyelashes tangled together with a groan leaving his plump lips, his gaze casted around the room until it landed on a certain raven haired male on the seat beside him. Mina, Kirishima and Bakugou seemed to be asleep on futons not too far away from his hospital bed. He raised a brow, knitting his eyebrows together as his lips pressed into a thin line. He looked down to see an IV in his arm, the quite sound of the heart monitor filled the room, along with white noise as he sighed. How long had he been there, that was the main question that mattered more than anything in this situation, and who attacked him?
His eyelashes brushed together as he shook his head, the heart monitor speeding up slightly as he closed his eyes taking a deep breath in attempt to calm himself, not working as well as he expected it to. "K-kami?" His gaze darted around until it landed on Sero, a hand entwining with his. "Hey.. hey, it's okay, we're here.." His lips opened before pressing together, he squeezed the older boy's hand, looking up to the monitor. "W-what happened..? H-how long h-have I been h-here?" The all too familiar feeling of bandages blocked the vision from his right eye, his limbs felt heavier than normal, probably bandaged up too. "Hey.. I need you to calm down first, copy my breathing, okay?" He lifted their entwined hands to his chest as he purposely took deep breaths, Kaminari shakily copying with a small nod.
A hand caressed his cheek, a small kiss being placed on his lips as Kaminari's breathing returned back to normal. "We were hoping you'd tell us what happened.. Iida found you passed out in an alleyway." The blonde raised a brow, slowly looking up to the others before back at him. "I.." He paused for a second, his lips pursing before he shook his head, a pain shooting through him. "Can't really remember.. I think someone came up behind me." Sero slowly nodded, gently rubbing his thumb over his cheek. "Okay.. is that all you remember?" He responded with a shaky nod, eyelashes tangling together. "Hm.. okay, that's fine.. you took quite a hit to the head, um- you've just been here two days I think.. maybe three, Nezu and the other teachers were told about everything."
Kaminari just weakly nodded, his eyes drooping as Sero sighed. "Get some rest.." The blonde rolled his visible eye, shaking his head. "Lay with me.." Sero shyly nodded, carefully climbing up onto the bed, as Kaminari cuddled up to his tall frame being careful for the wires not to tangle as they both drifted into a world of their own.
