He was heavily inspired by Jigsaw's work. But, Jigsaw was dead. So, he decided that he wanted to build his own legacy. One that would never be forgotten. He knew that Jigsaw would have been proud of him. He looked as one of the dark screens flickered on and showed 10 scared victims, chained to the wall. "Let the
