Peter's POV
"Ugh Ned stop" I told him on the phone.
"Dude I'm telling you, it's just how it works"
"Ok whatever you say Ned" I laugh.
My phone buzzes during my conversation with Ned.
"Oh hold on Ned, can I call you later? I'm getting a text" I asked him.
"Oh yea sure. Bye dude"
"Bye" I said and hung up on him.
I scrolled through my screen and hit my messages app.
I had 1 notification from Mj.
I smiled. Mj and I had gotten closer over the last year. It made it easier since she finally knew I was SpiderMan. Not that I told her. She figured it out. That smart girl.
I checked her message and got a little worried.

I quickly texted back a response. What if something happened to her? I waited there for a good minute before I got her other message.

I squinted for a second at the screen before shooting her another text.
She quickly responded.

My eyes widened at the screen. That wasn't like Mj to text dump me! And she seemed so happy when we were together! Why would she want to end things now?
I called her. I had to hear the answer from her own voice.
After 3 rings she picked up.
She sounded groggy when she responded "Peter? What's going o-"
I quickly interrupted her, "Mj why would you break up with me? I thought you liked me??"
She stood silent on the other line for a second before responding, "What are you talking about, loser? I never broke up with you"
I scrunched my eyebrows in confusion. "What? If you didn't then who-" I was cut off talking to Mj when I heard snickering and light laughing outside of my bedroom door. My face got red with anger.
"I'll call you back Mj," I mumbled into the phone as I got off my bed and yanked open the door.
Falling into my room was, Tony, Steve, Clint, Bucky, and Natasha all laughing their heads off. They must've been eves-dropping on my conversation with Mj.
I scowled. "Are you serious? Did you guys make it look like Mj broke up with me?!?"
All the Avengers tried calming down but kept laughing. I tapped my foot waiting for an explanation and soon they almost calmed down.
"Sorry kid. But remember you started this prank war. And I'm just ending it" Tony snorted.
"That's so uncool! You can't just take Mj's and my relationship into the fight!" I yelled stomping my feet.
Tony our his hand on my shoulder and looked down at me.
"I guess you'll remember the next time you try to go against me. You won't win"
I growled as he and all the Avengers left.
They crossed a line, so now there would be no mercy. I would win this without a doubt.
