Being Sold

My life was not bad in the beginning before my dad died he was a normally a hard worker an made sure me and my sister had everything but we never really wanted much. We just wanted him home more it was great until one day he didn't come home mom didn't know why until the next morning the police called for her to come in an identify his remains . When she got home she didn't tell me what happen all she said was "daddy is not coming home" and that's all she said. over the couple of days she stop taking care of herself an I had to look out for my little sister until one day I came home from school an she wasn't there I asked my mom an she just looked at me an said " I gave her up I can't do it anymore ."I knew she did it because Casey looked just like dad yeah my little sister she is only four years old light brown hair an big blue eyes just like my dad . We were very close but back to the point everything went down hill from there first my dad dies, then my mom gives up my sister , what else can go wrong right.

Jinxing my self I know but at the time that's how it seemed nothing else could go wrong but I was dead wrong. But on the bright side my sister was adopted by this nice couple they let me come see her some time but its not enough you know she is practically the only family I have left. My mom was a total bitch about it she just said she couldn't take care of two kids on her income especially a teenager and a four year old. I just stopped coming home after school because I didn't see the point in that I didn't have to take care of Casey after school anymore so what's the point. I figured I would take the boxing classes at my dads old gym sense I had nothing to do after school now. I mainly come here with my best friend Derek yeah his a guy he is one of the hottest guy at school he has these piercing blue eyes with Blonde hair that hangs down over the left side of his eye.

Its not just his face that draws you to him his natural tan and muscular body and six pack. Yeah I'm very observant I notice more than an average person wouldn't like how I'm the only girl in our boxing class an the best in the class. Coach said I was a natural I didn't think much of it though. Mainly people under estimate me because in a girl I'm 5,6 medium height i'd say, long wavy brown hair, and grey eyes like the sky on a rainy day. At least thats what people tell me I get my curves from my dads side my mom is just flat all the way around. But I have her looks my moms was very beautiful but now not so much all the liquor and drugs just made her look horrible. Today there wasn't school so I went to boxing class early I called derek an asked him was he coming he just sighed an said he would meet me there.

So I went out side to my car it used to be my dads its a Lexis XL6 its in perfect condition. I got to class before everyone else so I decided to practice a little the class was mainly filled with guys. They all try to look an act tough but when they get in the ring with me they come out looking like wimps. Me and Derek take the class here as an extra curricular course plus he  didn't want me doing this by myself . Even though I'm the best in the class he can't stop being paranoid. When I got home my mom wasn't there thank god I went up stairs an unlocked my door yea i said unlock I had to do that because my mom recently lost her job an she would sell our stuff for drugs or money. Ugh that just makes me sick how she just can go out an get drugs to get high its ridiculous I'm so glad I will be 18 in a couple of weeks then I will be free of this place and my so called mother. I have the biggest room in the house it has its own bathroom and walk in closet my room is a dark purple color I painted it my self every wall is different derek says I have this artistic side.

I had a mini fridge and microwave  because I couldn't stand to watch my mom shoot up drugs while I ways in the kitchen that's were she likes to get high why I don't know. I decided to take a shower to relax a little just letting the warm water run down my back I washed my hair with my favorite cocoanut shampoo. As soon as I came came out from taking my shower I heard a knock at my door. I walked into my closet and slipped on my Hello kitty pj's  and ran to open the  door it took me a minute to unlock the door I had several locks on the inside just for protection when I was sleeping Im sure my mom an her junky friends knew how to pick locks. I opened the door to find my mom an some guy stand at my door you could tell she was itching to get high because her hands were shaking like a bastard .

They just stood there so I asked " What do you want mom" it took her a minute  to answer

"Can we come in I have something to tell you" she mumbled..

"well what is it I have school tomorrow" I said.

The guy stepped up this time and I took one nervous step back just staring at him waiting for him to say or do anything.

"Well my employer made a purchase with your mom an now she needs to deliver  she got her payment and my employer wants his purchase ". He stated simply.

"What is he talking about mom what did you do". I said

" Well um... you need to um ...  pack up your things and go with him" she finally finished.

"What you sold me to some stranger what  for mom for how much" I said I was enraged  I started screaming at her.

" You selfish bitch how could you first my sister now me what the hell is wrong with you" I hissed at her.

" I'm sorry Taylyn but I just couldn't help it" She mumbled.

" you sold me for a fix are you serious I hate you I never want to see you again get out " I said holding back tears. She slowly walked out with here head down I was so mad I just had to calm down I was unaware that that guy that my mom brought with was still in my room just staring at me.

"What do you want" I said.

" You I did come here to get you we have two hours before we have to got back please make this easy on your self an cooperate " He said practically begging.

" No stay away from me" I said in a shaky voice. He sighed an came closer to me.
