*Cringe warning*

Hanna's POV-

She hits me harder and harder I cry louder and louder. I push her to the floor and run out the door. I start running down the street. Until I fall and everything goes black. "Are You okay?" Someone says.
I blink a lot until everything is clear. "Yes I'm hiding, my orphan mom is hurting me."
He frowns " come with me." I walk with him to his car and climb in. He asks me if I want to go home. I shake my head no. He smiles and says " what's your name my name is Shawn."I smile " Hanna , my name is Hanna." I giggle " sorry if I look like crap she makes bruises up my arms and legs it hurts badly I've been in the orphanage all my life.. My parents died in a car accident."

He starts tearing up." Don't cry please" I beg. " I won't. But where is your house. I think I know someone who would want to adopt you. But it will have to wait until morning since it's like mid night."he says " okay." I smile and tell him where the house is.
I'm kinda scared to see what I have to deal with for the rest of the night. We arrive at the house about ten minutes later and he hugs me. I hug him back. I start tearing up. "I'm scared to go in there." He looks at me for a few seconds " here take my phone Hanna if she hurts you run and take that to your room and call the name Carter. He is one of my friends and I live with him."
I smile " okay all of the lights are out so I'll sneak in my window. Thanks Shawn" he smiles " no problem."
With that I climb out of the car and walk into the house. I start walking to the stairs when I feel a sharp pain go in my back. She hit me with the belt. I didn't see her though I ran to my room locked the door and texted that number

-text conversation-

Me: hey Shawn gave me his phone and told me to text this number. Tell him my mom hit me hard again... It hurts like hell😭😭

Carter🐸: okay Shawn told me that you need to wait until morning and someone is going to pick you up tomorrow.

With that I go to my bathroom and take a shower. I wash my hair and body then shave. After my shower I blow dry my hair and put on some black shorts and a white Tank top. Then brush my teeth and brush my hair. After that I turn off the light and walk back into my bedroom.Then I lay in bed and fall asleep.

-the next morning-

I wake up to Shawn's phone ringing and It's carter.

*phone conversation*

Me:hello

Carter: hey uhm get dressed someone is coming to adopt you baby girl

Me; are you serious * starts crying*

Carter: don't cry and yes get dressed they should be getting there in about twenty minutes.

Me: thank you! Thank you! Thank you!

Carter: no problem baby

Me: okay gtg get ready bye

Cater: bye cutie

I run to my closet and grab black skinny jeans and a red sweat shirt that says " mahomie" on the back and "74" on the front. I get dressed and put red vans on. Then I run to the bathroom, brush my teeth, and curl my hair. Then I put eye liner and mascara on.

-Shawn's POV-

I'm scared. Sooo nervous about this. But I'm going to do it. I'm 18 almost 19 I can do this. She can think of me as a big brother. I don't want her there with that bitch that is beating her.
" Carter " I scream. " yes bro?" He says " will you come with me to adopt her please? " he nods " okay let's go get Hanna." I put my shoes on and yell for all the guys. They come down. " Clean the house while we are gone and clean out the guest room while were gone. Oh and yeah were adopting a girl. I met her yesterday and her orphan mother beats the hell out of her. Like she was crying to me." The guys frown "okay " they all say " okay well we better get going guys " I say.
With that me and carter walk out of the house and get into my mustang. I turn it on and buckle my seat belt.
