The reflection on their past was both heartwarming and breaking at times. He knew he was in love with her, and when she confirmed she felt the same, it made everything more real. Yesterday when he spent "guy time" with Andrew he had asked him what he thought of him proposing to Nicole. He had explained some of their past together, and explained how he wanted a future with her, how he wanted her to be his wife. But what he was really asking his friend was, was it too soon? Andrew simply replied "No its not too soon. But if you hurt her I'm not the only one you'll need to worry about Little Dove is a huge part of this family now." Tonight he was getting the ring, he had already planned on where to take her. He knew she'd love the place.

Later that day on set Nicole was running lines with Andrew. She had never wanted to be an actor but she loved helping her extended family anyway possible. Kirkman was walking by grumbling about how the fuck they were going to find someone last minute to replace the actress that just dropped out. That was till he heard Andrew and Nicole. He turned the corner and watched them, wondering why the hell hadn't she auditioned for the role? She was simply perfect the emotion delivered with each line the way she moved for emphasis. She wasn't trained sure but there was no doubt she'd run lines with Reedus a number of times.

"Nicole!" Kirkman called out stopping the short woman mid sentence. Spinning around she smiled at the director. "Oh hello! I was just helping Andrew with lines. Is everything okay?" It wasn't often that he'd come to her.

"Why didn't you audition for that role your reading?" Kirkman tapped his foot wanting to know why.

"Oh...um...well I'm no actor, I'm just a girl helping out a friend." She smiled brightly trying to get out of what was easily becoming one of the most uncomfortable situations she'd been in awhile.

"You know that girl dropped out of the role two days ago. We need someone to fill the spot. Would you consider doing it? I was watching and listening for awhile while you read lines, you're good, very good." He stated it like it was fact and Nicole could see in his eyes he had already made up his mind.

Sighing she said the only thing she could think to maybe her out of this. "If Andrew AND Norman agree that this is a good fit then yeah of course I'll do it." She already knew Andrew would say it was a great fit, hell he had wanted her to audition in the first place.  Norman was her saving Grace or so she was hoping. Running lines and playing the part to help the others behind the scenes was one thing doing it for real she knew she couldn't.

Kirkman had a secret, he knew Andrew didn't know and it was clear as day Nicole had no idea either. Norman had wanted Nicole for the part from the start since the character was to become Dixon's love interest. But neither Andrew nor Norman at the time could convince her to audition. Smirking he knew he had won and that she was going to take the role.

"The four of us will meet up after lunch, and I'll even bring a few of the other cast members to watch." Taking the script from Nicole's hands he flips to a scene between Dixon and Gwen first meet. "You'll be running this scene I want you to run after lunch." The smirk on his face was so smug it sent Nicole on edge. Looking at the one he'd given her she smiled, she had just ran this scene two days ago with Norman so she was already familiar with it.

"As you wish, after lunch we'll run this one." Her tone sweet as honey and soft, she smiled before turning to leave for Norman's trailer, she was running behind due to the conversation she had with Kirkman. Knocking on the trailers door she automatically began apologizing for being late.

"I'm so sorry Kirkman caught me running lines and now wants us to run a scene together in front of the cast cause the girl dropped out and he needs a replacement." She bowed her head but snapped it up when she heard him laughing.
