chapter twelve

Angel/Alira's POV

"Heeey" Jaxon says. The boys sit down on the couch between us. Jace is sitting next to me and puts an arm over my shoulders. "Was just wondering, did you date someone before?" Jaxon asks.

He sits next to Mia on the couch. All of them look at her seriously. Really... "just wondering". She rolls her eyes. "And what if I did?" She says. They all tense up. Jaxon growls.

"It doesn't even matter, it's not like I can change it or something" Mia says. "So you didn't care at all?!" Jaxon says angry. "No I just thought I didn't have a mate" She says and shrugs her shoulders. He clenches his fists.

"As if you didn't have a girlfriend" She says and stares at him in the eyes. Jaxon keeps suspiciously quiet. Did he really have a girlfriend before he found his mate? Well mates. Does that mean Jace maybe had one too?

"I knew it. You get angry when I used to have a boyfriend but you used to have a girlfriend too" Mia says annoyed this time. Jaxon clenches his jaw. "How many" He asks.

"Not that many only 14" Mia says. Jaxon looks furious at her. "Are you even a virgin" He asks. "As if you are" She says a bit challenging. Jaxon gets up and hangs over her. He looks furious and growls.

Mia also gets up and looks furious at him. They look like they are about to fight. Leilani and Jonah get up and stand between them. "Calm down" Leilani says. They both sit down again.

Jaxon breaths in and out. "Did one of you have a boyfriend or something?" Jonah asks curious to the other girls. "I had a few" Chiara says.

Our sisters look surprised at her except for Mia. "And since when?" Leilani asks confused. "What? I didn't want to tell you guys because you were against it but I told Mia because I knew she also had boyfriends. But I'm still a virgin though" She says and shrugs her shoulders.

"And that's so outdated by the way, like why would I wait until I find my mate if I'm not even sure if I'm going to find my mate either way. And I also thought that I wouldn't have a mate" She says.

The boys look very tense but they try to keep their calm. Jonah looks curious at Leilani. "Unlike Mia, we're still a virign" Leilani says. Mia just shrugs her shoulders at her.

The boys look relieved. Everybody looks at me. "I'm still a virgin too" I say a bit awkward. "But I did have a boyfriend" Leilani says. "It wasn't something serious, I was like 5 years old and didn't really understand what a boyfriend was lol" Leilani says.

"I never had a boyfriend or something because I did want to save myself for my mate" Chelsea says which makes me feel a bit more comfortable because I believed the same thing.

"Me too" I say. The boys look calmed down now. "But the question is, are you still a virgin?" Leilani asks and looks with one eyebrow raised at Jaxon. He didn't really answer before.

He gulps. He keeps quiet for a few seconds and sighs. He looks down. "No" He says almost unhearable. "So you're not even a virgin yourself but expect us to be?!" Leilani says angry.

They look angry at him. "But for me it's different. I'm an Alpha and for an Alpha it's harder" Jaxon says. Leilani looks so furious her face turns a bit red. "To fucking control yourself? And for us it's not?" She says angry. She looks ready to attack him.

"Yes" Jaxon says calm. She stands up and attacks him but Juan who sat next to her stops her. "You are a fucking hypocrite!" She shouts angry. Jaxon looks unbothered by her.

Leilani pushes Juan away from her and sits down angry. "I think it's better if we're going to sleep, it's late and when you're tired you can get irritated easily" Jesse says. Leilani looks annoyed at him.

"What about you guys?" She asks. Jesse sighs. "Unlike him we are still a virgin aswell" Jesse says. Leilani looks less angry.

"I think it's better if we're going to sleep" Chelsea says after it's been quiet for a while. I look at the time. Oh wow it's 02:00 o'clock.

"Yeah I'm tired" I say and yawn. "I will bring you to bed" Jace says and carries me.

Mia's POV

Jace leaves the living room with Alira, I mean Angel in his arms. "And where are we going to sleep" I ask them. "With us of course" Jaxon says. "No way in hell I'm going to sleep with you" Leilani says. "Me neither" I say. He looks angry at us.

"I think it's best to sleep in the order of our ages. For example Jace and Angel are the youngest so they will sleep together" Jonah says.

"Never" Leilani says. "Do you have a problem with it?" Jonah asks. Me, Chiara and Chelsea shake our heads no. "No thanks, I will sleep on the couch" Leilani says subborn. She always has been super stubborn. Not that we weren't.

Jaxon rolls his eyes irritated and picks Leilani up. "Let me go!" She shouts. "Do I have to carry you too or do you want to walk by yourself? Juan asks amused. "I will walk by myself thanks" I say and follow him.
