Have you ever walked into school and just looked around and mentally said to yourself , "school... you can suck my dick." Yes?! No?! Well I do , every damn day. The only good parts about school is: friends , lunch , and football games. I walk into the cafeteria to get breakfast before school starts and sit down at the table my squad and I sits at. None of them are here yet but they'll be here soon , my brother drove us but he had to go do some make up testing this morning for calculus because he sucks at math just like I do. He has to do it so he can stay on the team though.

Within 10 minutes of me eating my breakfast and looking through Instagram my best friends walk in , Riley , Rae , Ari , and Cameron. "What's up buttercup?!" Cameron says wrapping an arm around me sitting next to me. I just look at him and laugh.

"Did you really just call me buttercup?" By now we were all laughing hysterically. "Next time you call me that imma cut your balls off." He puts his hands up. "What? I was just trying to piss my bestfriend off." Cameron says shrugging. I roll my eyes and take a bite out of my apple.

"Where's your brother at?" Ariana asks me. "Oh your little turd of a boyfriend is doing make-up testing for Clines." Ari laughs , as do I and then we all roll our eyes. "Ugh Mr. Clines is horrible." Ariana says rolling her eyes sitting down across from me and grabs my apple taking a bite.

"Yeah I heard from Gage that he's a real douche. I'm definitely not looking forward for next year with him. Your lucky you have him this year with the juniors since you have smarticle particles and are too good for regular 10th grade classes with us." She sticks her tongue out at me and I flick her off with a smile. It's just how our friendship works.

"The boys and I are going hog huntin tonight , you wantin to come?" Riley asks with his twang slightly coming out. "Actually I was gonna study on this lovely Friday night." I say sarcastically. "Y'all know I'm always up for huntin." He nods and flashes me a pearly toothed smile.

"I know your brother's not goin so you wanna chill at my house for a bit and then meet up with Cam and the other boys?" Riley asks raising an eyebrow. "Of course , but I'll only go home with you if you buy me dinner first." I smirk at him making him laugh scratching the back of his neck and seeing a blush creep to his cheeks.

"You wantin to go huntin babe?" Cam asks Rae , she nods as she's pigging out on her donut from 7/11. Locker bell then rings and we all get up finishing off our food and start heading to our lockers and classes. "You need to go to your locker?" I ask Riley. He shakes his head and we just head to class. In the narrow ass hallways it's hard to get around so you bump into a lot of people. I get shoved by a big ass guy pushing people out of his way and get pushed into a locker. "What the hell. Ugh uh get back here you son of a bitch." I say trying to run after him. Riley grabs my hand to keep me from running after him.

"He's in my language arts class , I'll deal with him 2cd period don't worry." He assures me by winking at me smiling. We rush to our 1st period and sit down in boring old algebra... I hate this class with a passion. "Okay class lets begin with today's bell work and then... Cameron , Riley , Dani , Rae... If your conversation is so much more damn important than my class please tell us." Mr. Easton yells at us.

"Sorry sir..." I say rolling my eyes slightly. "Anyways class , do the bell work on the board and then we have a pop quiz."

"Shit." I curse under my breath but I guess Mr. Easton still heard me... "Ms. Knight what did you just say?" He says lifting an eyebrow.

"Noth-" Is all I can manage out until Cameron cuts me off.

"She said shit , it's nothing , we're in high school.... We can say shit." Cameron states across from me.
