Here's some info. The user can not only control fire. They can set their entire body on fire, and it doesn't hurt either. The users hair is basically just fire that'll change color based on the users temperature. However the colder the user the hotter the flames. If they have hypothermia then the flames are blue, if they're sweating buckets then the flames are white and produce no heat. They can also make small fire sprites to help them, the more created the more they become blue and harder to control.
Drawbacks: The heat only affects the people around them. The user can't use it to warm them up in the winter. However while they don't get burned from setting themselves on fire they can still get burned from controlling their flames, in fact the user normally has a burn of some sort on their arm or torso.
They set off fire alarms regularly. People with water quirks don't affect them, but normal bodies of water do.
