You all get up and walk with the Dr.

Dr: Please take a seat
Y/N: Thanks
Dr: I've read Chelsea's record. What seems to be the problem today?
Z: We went on holiday for 3 weeks to Disney world. We got off our flight this morning and Chelsea was basically screaming and crying in pain with her stomach.
Dr: Okay, can you lay her on the bed please.
Z: Sure
C: Daddy, nooo
Z: Baby, the dr needs to feel your stomach to make sure it's okay. I will be right beside you baby
C: No daddy!
Y/N: Can he lay on the bed with Chelsea on him?
Dr: Sure we can try that
Z: Thanks

Zach gets up on the bed and has Chelsea lay on his chest.

The Dr feels her stomach.

C: Owwwww! Sore
Dr: Sorry angel, I have to do this
C: No *smacks Dr's hand*
Y/N: Chelsea Reese Herron! Thats enough! Let the Dr do his job.

The Dr presses her stomach again and she cries even more.

Y/N hates being firm with her and it breaks her even more seeing her in so much pain.

Dr: Right, I will get her round to the CT scan area and get her stomach scanned.
Y/N: Thank you
Dr: Were you given medication to make her bowel motions softer?
Y/N: Yes but for only 3 weeks, it finished a week n half ago
Dr: It may be that she needs it for a little longer. When did she last open her bowels?
Y/N: About 2 days ago
Dr: Did she eat much yesterday?
Y/N: Not as much as she has been
Dr: Could be her bowel is slightly blocked
Z: What happens if it is?
Dr: Depending how bad it is, we may have to open her wound again to unblock it. We are hoping it's not bad enough for that and some medication will help.
Z: Thank you
Dr: Follow me to the CT scan
Z: Babe, can you take Chelsea as my arms are sore
Y/N: Sure

Y/N picks Chelsea up and Carry's her to the CT room. As she does her and Chelsea chat.

C: I not talk to you
Y/N: Okay baby, I understand
C: You mean
Y/N: Yes I'm a big meanie head
C: Yes!
Y/N: Really really big meanie head
C: Mhmmm
Y/N: Baby, you know you have to let Dr's see your stomach. We had this problem before
C: Ok mommy
Y/N: I'm sorry princess, but I cant lose you

Y/N: Good! I love you princess
C: I wuv wuu mommy
Y/N:Ohhh you love meanie head mommy now do you?
C: *giggles* yes meanie mommy

They arrive at the CT scanner. Y/N puts a small gown on Chelsea.

She places Chelsea on the bed.

Y/N: Baby, remember to be a big brave girl. Mommy and Daddy will be right here
C: O-Okay mommy
Y/N: Well Done princess, you can do this.
Z: Daddy will buy you something nice afterwards
C: Its ok daddy

Y/N and Zach are sitting on chairs near the machine. They have microphones on to talk to Chelsea.

Z: Hey baby, your doing really well
C: Fanks daddy
Y/N: I'm so proud of you princess.

The Dr comes in and says that the scan is done.

Chelsea comes out of the machine and Y/N goes to get her up.

Y/N: My precious big baby girl
C: I did it! *snuggles into Y/N*
Z: You did baby
C: Mommy?
Y/N: Yes baby
C: You having baby?
Y/N: Yes princess
C: Is it cause you no want me?
Y/N: No baby it's not, its because you deserve to be a big sister and have a friend to play with
C: So you Wuv me still?
Y/N: I love you more than I did 5 minutes ago
C: Weally?
Y/N: Yes baby and are you going to help mommy?
C: Yes pwease mommy
Z: What do you want? A sister or brother?
C: Both!
Z: Ohhh, what if its only 1
C: No mommy having 2 babies
Y/N: Am I?
C: Yes mommy
Z: Well that's weird

They go back into the cubicle and wait for the Dr to come back.

20 minutes later the Dr comes in

Dr: Well the results show that her bowel is blocked.
Z: How bad?
Dr: I'm really sorry but we have to operate A.S.A.P as it's starting make the nee tissue infected.
Z: Right, that's fine. What do we need to do?
Dr: Sign this form and we will get her prepared
Y/N: Okay thanks

The Dr hands the forms over and Y/N signs them

Dr: A nurse will be in, in a minute to put the canular in
Y/N: Okay thanks
Z: Princess, a nurse is coming in to give you a special injection. It will help your tummy
C: Ouchie!
Y/N: Baby, it will be sore but remember you can do this.
C: Okay mommy
N: Good afternoon I'm Nurse Chelsea
C: Me too!
N: Wow you are Chelsea too?
C: Yes
N: I'm going to put this white gel on your hand princess
C: Okay

The nurse applies the numbing gel.

N: So how old are you?
C: I 2, soon be 3
N: When?
C: Mommy?
Y/N: 29th May
N: Me too!
C: Weally?
N: Yeah
C: Cool
N: Right princess its time for the ouchie part.
C: Ok Chels

The nurse puts the needle into Chelsea hand at the vain

N: Right we shall wheel you through to theatre
C: Okay
N: Mommy and Daddy are coming with you
C: Good

They all walk to the theatre

The anethesnatist and Surgeon come in

A: Good Afternoon. I am the anethesnatist.
Dr: I am the surgeon for the procedure
Y/N: Afternoon
Dr: Right the nurse is going to put the mask on.
Y/N: Baby, remember when you put the mask on?
C: Yes
Y/N: You need to do it again, deep breathes like Darth Vader!

Chelsea takes deep breathes whilst holding Y/N's hand. The anethesnatist puts the anesthetic in her canular.

A few seconds later Chelsea is asleep.

Zach and Y/N kiss her head then walk out the room.

N: The surgery will only take about 30 mins to 45 mins.
Y/N: Thanks. Will she be staying in?
N: Yes for 48 hours
Z: Okay thanks

Zach and Y/N walk hand and hand out to the cafe.

Y/N phones her dad to explain everything.

Zach phones Jack.

Jack is coming in with some food.

Y/N: Zach babe, I want you to go on this tour.
Z: Nope not happening
Y/N: Listen to me babe, you cant let your fans down
Z: My daughter is more important
Y/N:I know babe, but ....

As Y/N was talking Zach's phone goes off.

He answers it:

Jon: Hey Zach
Z: Hey Jon what's up?
Jon: How is she?
Z: In surgery
Jon: Right, I've spoken with the boys and they have all agreed. We have put a notice out and email out.
Z: Okay?
Jon: We have cancelled the Europe tour. We have enough weeks free inbetween Australia and time off to rearrange the dates.
Z: Wow! Thank you so much
Jon: Jonah started a live on the group Instagram and explained everything. The fans are somewhat understanding but obviously a few are unhappy.
Z: Yeah I bet, I will do a live later to explain and thank everyone
Jon: Okay man, good luck and keep me up to date
Z: Will do man, and thanks again
Jon: No problem, bye

Zach looks at Y/N who is with Jack.

Z: Hey bro
Ja: Hey bro, how is she?
Z: In theatre
Y/N: What was that?
Z: They cancelled the Europe tour dates, well rearranged them
Y/N: No you cant do that to the fans
Ja: Sorry it's all sorted now.
Y/N: I feel so bad
Ja: Dont! Your daughter is more important, I know Zach would do the same if it was Lav in the position
Y/N: Thank you so much
Ja: No problem, enjoy the food and keep me updated
Z: Will do bro, thanks for everything

Z: Love you too bro

Jack hugs Zach then Y/N.

Zach and Y/N eat their food.

Z: I'm doing a live later to explain everything
Y/N: Okay babe, if they get upset just blame me
Z: Nope not blaming you at all, never will. If they cant accept it then they arent real fans
