Leahs P.O.V:

I cracked open my eyes to see Caleb tapping me. "Wake up" he whispered softly in my ear. I sat up and looked at him. He was all dressed and had his car keys in his hand.

"What's going on?" I asked. He stated with so much excitement in his voice that we were going to a fair. My eyebrows shot up and my mouth dropped. "W-were going outside?" He smiled and nodded at me

I squeaked like a mouse and ran like crazy through my room trying to find an outfit to wear. I finally settled on this:

"I'm ready sksksksk" Caleb looked me up and down then laughed. "We're going to a fair that's like jeans and a t-shirt attire. You're so fancy."

I blushed and then finally chose a appropriate outfit for the fair:

"Again thats not what I meant but it's better than nothing." My face turned super pink. I nodded and put on my Vaans (is it with 2 A's or one?) and smiled. He nodded in approval and motioned for me to follow him.

*Skip to them on the road*

I looked out the car window to see all the scenery. It was all too real and beautiful. There were trees, and lakes. Everything was just perfect. After about an hour driving I felt sleep starting to overcome me.

Caleb's P.O.V:

We were halfway there and I saw her fall asleep. It was a sight I didn't want to forget. I sighed and put my eyes back on the road. Everything's gonna be alright I reassured myself. My palms started getting sweaty. I shook my head and turned on the AC.

*Three Hours Later*

We finally arrived at the fair and I shook Leah awake. "Hey sleepyhead wake up!" She stirred for a second then sat up stretching. "Where are we?" She yawned as she looked out the window. "The fair" I said and I saw her while face light up. She quickly looked at me as she jumped out of the car laughing.

I got out the car and walked to her side wrapping my arms around her waist. She blushed and stood on her tippy toes. We started walking towards the ring toss station. I handed the booth dude (I've never been to a carnival or a fair so just like 🤗) a dollar and he gave me back three rings. I handed them to Leah and watched her face brighten even more.

Leah's P.O.V

Caleb handed me three rings and I felt myself get way happier. I wasn't sure what to do so the booth gave a demonstration so I could see.

[FLASHBACK]

I was with the boy again and we we're at a fair much like this one but it was daytime. We walked to a ring toss booth and the booth guy gave me three rings. He explained the rules then let me begin.

I shot the first two rings and missed. It was a horrible sight and I was starting to get frustrated and he has noticed. He put his hands in my hips and whispered in my ear "breathe & relax" then backed up from me.

I took a deep breath and threw the last ring and I missed. I groaned and bit my lip in aggravation.

[ FLASHBACK ENDS]

I took a deep breath and threw the first ring. I squealed because I had made it. I threw the second ring and made another sound in alikeness. Caleb wrapped his arms around my waist and I shot for the final ring. I turned around and jumped as I screamed because I'd gotten the third ring.

He smiled and kissed me. I blushed and turned around to grab my reward for winning the game. It was a huge fluffy Lilo and Stitch stuffed animal. I thanked the booth guy and turned to look at Caleb with a puzzled look on my face. "Ferris Wheel?" He asked. I shook my head yes and we ran to the biggest Ferris wheel ever.

Calebs P.O.V

We got in line and waited to be admitted into the Ferris Wheel. Leah carefully slipped her hand into mine and nonchalantly bobbed her head back and forth. After about ten minutes we got into a blue cart and the Ferris Wheel started to move.

Leah's P.O.V

I almost shit myself when the Ferris Wheel started moving but I loved the feeling it brought but it was scary. I squeezed my fluffy teddy (😭😭) and then closed my eyes.

When I opened my eyes again we were at the top and I could see everything. It was so pretty and spectacular. I asked Caleb to take a picture and so he did. I rested my head on his shoulder and sighed

Caleb's P.O.V

Everything was so quiet and peaceful. I was just enjoying the moment in silence. Then I felt Leah's head on my shoulder. I felt terrible for what was going to happen to her but I couldn't do anything.

Leah's P.O.V

Caleb was acting off but I put it to the side of my head. I looked to the left of me and saw a girl yelling at her boyfriend. "YOU KISSED HER!?!" was all I heard. Then I blacked out.

[FLASHBACK]

"I NEVER KISSED HER"
"YES YOU FUCKING DID!"
"BABE I WOULDN'T EVER CHEAT ON YOU!!!"
"FUCK YOU GAUGE. GET THE FUCK OUT OF MY HOUSE AND DON'T COME BACK!"
