Karma's Pov

The ambulance took amy. Without hesitation i got in with them and contacted everyone. I called lauren first then her parents and then shane. When we got to the hospital amy was rushed to the E.R, while i was forced to sit in the waiting room until she comes out of surgery. Sitting there crying my eyes out i heard someone call my name.

"KARMA!" My head shot up and I saw shane coming towards me at Full speed.

"Shane." I said still crying my eyes out.

"Hey karms, are you okay, how's amy, what happened?"

"I dont know it all happened so fast. Me and amy were talking and then things got a Little carried away. She started walking away and while she was crossing, a car came out of no where, it was out of control and before I got the chance to catch up to amy she got h-h-hit." I managed to say through my tears.

"Awe karms I'm sure she is okay. You know amy she's strong, she will fight." I was about to reply when Lauren came in and ran to us.

"karma, shane, what happened to amy?" Lauren looked so upset, it Seems like they got pretty close.

"She was in an accident." Shane said holding me as we both cry.

"Mom and dad are out of town for the week but they are Trying to catch the first flight back." Lauren said with tears in her eyes.

"Amy Raudenfeld."we all Walked up to the doctor nervous to find out the outcome.

"Is she okay?" We said in unison.

" The surgery went well, she suffered minor injuries, such as bruised Ribs and a broken leg but it should be healed in a month or so. However, we dont know when she will wake up but we are certain she will."

"Thank you doctor Martínez, but may we see her now?" Shane asked looking between me and lauren.

"Yes you may, her room is down the hall, room 132." He said slightly smiling. After thanking the doctor we went to the room door but didn't go in.

"Guys if you dont mind i wanted to see her alone." They both stood in silence for a moment debating until shane broke the silence.

"Sure karms, i know how much you want to see her. We can visit later." I looked over to lauren who just nodded in agreement.

"Thanks guys." And with that I slowly Walked inside the room seeing a pale amy peacefully sleeping, i Walked over to her bed and pulled up a chair beside it. Grabbing her hand i spoke.

"Amy i'm so sorry this happened to you. This is all my fault, if i hadn't slept with liam we would be at your house watching Netflix re-runs in our pj's eating popcorn like old times." I paused and smiled thinking about those good Times before continuing.

"I just wish you would wow up so i can see your beautiful orbs looking back at me."

Amy's Pov

I hear someone walk in but I have no idea who it is. They grab my hand and started speaking. Once i heard the voice i knew exactly who it was, karma. She was talking about how this was all her fault, I wanted to comfort her and tell her it's not her fault but I just couldn't bring myself to open my eyes. I couldn't move, speak, but I could hear everything she was saying, I just need to see her beautiful face again.

---- a few months later----

Karma's Pov

It's been two months since amy has been in the induced coma and mostly everybody has given up on her but not me, I will stick by her to the end, I've been visiting everyday and staying every night not wanting to miss anything. Liam has really been acting like a complete jerk to me for the past month and I even caught him with another girl, I can't believe that I chose him over the person I would rather live my life with. I never admitted it but ever since that first kiss I have been feeling a little weird around amy, it's like everytime she says something I get butterflies in my stomach. I just didn't want to admit that I might be in love with my bestfriend who just so happens to be a girl. Today was a saturday so I decided to visit amy since I have nothing else to do with my time.

"Hey aims, I really miss you."I say as I approached her bed. I know she can't hear me but I think it's time I told the truth about my feelings.

" Aims, I know you can't hear me but I want to get this out. Ever since that first kiss we shared, I have to admit over those past weeks and months I've been having these feelings... Feelings for you that I tried to make go away but I couldn't. I tried to make myself believe that I didn't like the kiss. But now that I almost lost you I know that I care about you way more than I should." I paused and hesitated before continuing, I sighed.

"Aims I think I love you." I finally feel relieved that I got that off my chest. I felt amy's hand twitch but ignored it thinking it was all in my head until I heard her say something.

"K-kar-karma." My head shot up to the sound of amy's voice and I saw her beautiful orbs looking right back at me, I smiled widely with joy.

"hey aims, you're awake, how you Feeling?" I mentally slapped myself for asking a stupid question like that.

"Thirsty and hungry." She said in almost a whisper and I giggled at the fact that she still managed to think about food.

"I'm gonna go get the doctor and call the others." I was about to walk out when I felt amy trying to pull me back using all of her energy wincing in the process.

"Don't call the others yet, I want to talk to you first." I just nodded and went to go get the doctor. He came in and checked amy for any critical conditions, luckily she was perfectly fine besides the bruised ribs and broken leg.

"Alright amy we are going to keep you here for a few more days to see how you cope then you can go home."

" thanks doc." He smiled and walked out leaving me and amy.

Amy's Pov

" hey karms how long have I been out?" I was curious because karma looks extremely tired like she hasn't slept in a really long time.

"Um just two months." Damn two months was a while, a lot can happen In just two months.

"have you been here the whole time?" She just nodded, I motioned for her to come and lay with me.

"Come be my cuddle buddy." She smiled and came over. I think I should tell her I heard everything she said.

"you know karms, I heard everything you said." I felt her tense up but then relax sitting up to face me.

"Did you mean it or was it just Something you said just to see if it would wake me up?" I said with pleading eyes hoping she meant it.

"Amy..." She paused, that gave me my answer.

"Forget I asked." I layed back down and closed my eyes.

"Amy, I love you... And not in the way I'm suppose to. I love you way more than that, I love your smile, your eyes, the way your blonde hair flows down your back and the way your eyes light up when you hear our favorite song on the radio or that look in your eyes when you speak to me." She said and I was completely speechless, I opened my eyes and sat up.

"Truthfully aims, I love you and i'm not afraid to say it anymore." I had tears in my eyes.

" no no don't cry, beautiful girls aren't meant to cry, only smile." I blushed and suddenly felt a pair of soft lips on mine. I realize that karma connected our lips. It felt like we were made for eachother, our lips perfectly fit together as we move in sync. We pulled back when breathing became a problem. I opened my eyes and saw karma smiling at me with loving eyes, the ones I've been waiting and hoping to see for a long time.

"Karms what does this mean we are, and what about liam?" She looked down.

"There is no liam, I broke up with him a month ago, he cheated on me with some girl he met at the park."

" awe im sorry karms." She smiled

"Its not your fault, i was so blinded that I didn't see my true love was right in front of me the whole time." I smiled and she leaned in once more closing the gap between us.

I can't believe this is really happening, can this get any better.
