Zoya pov

I just can't believe, he just kissed me. I was stunned at the moment and then knew it was true. But why? He just wanted a mother for his daughter. I don't know what's wrong with me but I'm attracted to him somehow. He's not kind to me, he's rude at times and harsh. What made me attracted to wards him.

It's been a week since my marriage and now Niana is always with me. It's Aditya's birthday in a week. I didn't stalk him nor he told me. His mom called today and said that his birthday is in a week so they'll be coming here for a party.

I'm supposed to arrange it all alone. Piya's exam will be over tomorrow and I better call her to come here stay with me and help.

Niana's nursery will start next week. The day after his birthday. Adhi never spoke to me after the kiss. He never met my eyes when we converse for something important. And even I didn't wanted to talk to him after the awkward situation.

I feel heat rush to my face when I think about that. I'm waiting for Aditya to come home. It's 11 now and he's not yet home. He has a spare key but don't know whether he ate or not.

I heard the car sound and reached to the door. When I heard footsteps near the door I opened and he was about to push the key in the keyhole.

"Come in" I said and moved back. He looked tired and exhausted. I asked, "Did you eat?" He shook his head in response and made his way to the stairs. "Just now I heated the food. Come sit." I said and he walked to the table.

He sat and ate in silence, "Why didn't you eat?" I looked at him who was still looking into his plate. I waited for you? What? No.

"I was not.... hun..hungry" I said and he looked up at me when my stomach grumbled. "You better eat now." He said and I sat serving myself an aloo paratha. He finished his dinner by the time I was taking the last morsel.

"Good night" I said to have m, but he just walked away to his room. Rude again. Maybe he didn't hear me. Wow. Maybe he's a psychopath or.... I didn't smell anything but was he drunk?

Aditya pov

I just wanted her to be my princess's mother. Not my wife. Why should she wait for me. I'm sure she was lying about her not being hungry because up till now I have noticed her speak looking into my eyes unless she's nervous.

I was very tired and thanks to the food.

"Good morning" I heard Niana and looked up from my phone. I was looking into some emails walking down the stairs. "Good morning princess" she came to me and signalled to carry me raising both her small hands.

"Did you sleep well baby?" I asked her. She usually sleep with me but she wanted to sleep with her new mama yesterday. I was angry in Zoya for that. But, that's natural for kids being close to their mother. But.
You mean Zoya is her mother and so close. Your not jealous?
Obviously why should I be jealous? But a part of me knew that I missed my baby on my chest sleeping like a panda.
