CHAPTER-10

I've been staying with Simba and Ciara for the past 3 days and I'm slowly just waiting for Raven to come back home. She was about to leave when I told her but I convinced her not to. I wasn't even going to tell her but Kyree's mom made me.

"I'm out" I said leaving out the door on my way to school

Simba pulled me back "Wait Moe. I know you uncomfortable but you don't have to leave" he looked over at my suitcases in the corner

"Simba I'm not staying here. How you think that shit sound? Saying I'm living with my baby daddy and his other baby mama" I looked at him like he was dumb

"We don't even know if that's my baby" he rolled his eyes

I looked at him in disbelief. Did he really just say this?

I grabbed my stuff and walked out. I put my suitcases in my trunk and left.

I'm so glad I have a doctors appointment so I can get a dna test. Tae went missing after everything and Simba been acting kinda funny towards me so imma just keep my distance.

I was almost at school and my phone started to ring. I looked and seen it was Raven

"Hello" I hooked my phone up to my car

"Hey you on your way to school?" She asked sounding like she was just waking up

"Yeah I'm pulling up right now." I said parking in the parking lot

"Okay can you can come home after school" I grabbed my stuff out the car looking confused

"What you mean? Y'all back?" My face lit up with excitement

"Hi Moe Moe!" Miley screamed through the phone

"Hi baby" I almost cried hearing her voice "Imma see y'all later. I'm about to go to class" I said my goodbyes and hung up

I was about to go in my class but I got stopped by my principal calling me down to his office before I could even open the door.

I walked into his office sitting in front of him.

"Miss Jaye I'm sure you are aware of how much school you have been missing" he started hinting off something "Well your teachers have brought it to my attention that they all recommended you finishing the rest of your 12th grade year online."

I laughed a little " You serious?" I don't know if I should be happy or offended "You don't think I'm going to graduate?"

He hesitated " Its not that,we just want to make sure that isn't even an option"

"I'll think about it. I can give you your answer by Friday" I got up and went to my second hour

I seen Kyree sitting in her seat looking mad so I decided to sit next to her and make your she was okay. "Why you looking like that?"

"Simba ugly ass baby momma gone get her shit blew in bro I swear on my granny grave Moe!" She pounded her fist into her hand

"What happened?" I was so confused because I was just there

"She over here cheating on him and I don't even think that's his baby. He so fucking dumb because he over here agreeing with her and saying that I'm only doing this because I'm friends with you"

"Why do I always have to be brought into something?" I rolled my eyes

"So what you plan on doing?" She looked down at my stomach

"Adoption" I answered trying to avoid the subject

"What about if it's Simba baby?" She questioned

"I'm still doing the same thing. My mind is made up"

"Are you going to tell Simba?" She side eyed me

"Of course ,just not now" I sighed "and your not going to"

"Whatever Moe" she shook her head

After school

I decided to take my principal up on the offer because it would help a lot. When I got back I couldn't wait to go get my bed and get my life back together.

"Home sweet home" I smiled walking in with my suitcases

I seen Raven in the living room with our parents. My jaw dropped when I seen them.

"This is exactly why she didn't need to come here. We knew you weren't responsible enough to take care of her Raven" my mom lectured her

"Here we go again" Raven rolled her eyes not even listening

"I'm okay here" I tried to convince her

""No you not. Look at you! YOUR PREGNANT DYMOND! Not for long" she stormed out the house with my dad giving me a death stare and following behind my mom

"Raven what is she talking about?" I asked sitting next to her

"Since your not 18 yet she scheduled for you to get a abortion" she let out a a stressed sigh

"I'm not doing that bull shit" I looked at her like she was crazy

"Well she don't plan on leaving no time soon so get comfortable" Raven said getting up and going to her room

I got my phone out to call the adoption agency that the lady at the abortion clinic gave me. I hesitated dialing the number but I pushed my fears to the side.

"Hi welcome to Bloomington hills adoption agency this is Martha" a lady's soft voice spoke through the phone

"Hi I um... wanted to know how this all works. I don't know if I want to really do this yet" I second guessed myself

"Okay how about I get you an appointment with one of our social workers and we can go from there?" She sounded like she was smiling

"Okay do you have any times for tomorrow?" I asked feeling kind of anxious

"How about 5 in the afternoon tomorrow?"

"That's perfect" I said getting ready to hang up

"And what about your name?" She reminded me

"Oh yeah. Dymond Jaye" I didn't really want to give her my real name but I didn't have enough time to make up a fake one

"Okay Dymond I'll see you tomorrow at 5" she said hanging up

I let out a deep sigh and went upstairs to go take a nap.
