My experience in school was not the best one and I always dreaded getting up. So when the blaring of an alarm clock shouted mercilessly into my ear, I growled and turned over, slamming my fist onto the clock. Today was another day of hell. Another day of getting pushed around and listening to the damn kids make fun of every teacher they can. Another day of not really feeling anything. Another day of being at school and learning absolutely fucking nothing.
Now, you're probably wondering, why do I still go to this hell hole if I feel like I'm not learning anything. My friends are that very good reason. They make the day fun and help me when I'm down. They are amazing people and are always up to something weird, as am I. There are people who will judge us and bully us, but that doesn't concern me. I'm just glad to have them. We cheer each other on when no other assholes will.
After getting ready for the day, I grabbed an apple and dashed out to the end of my driveway. As always, I met with the bus as it drifted to a stop in front of my driveway. I walked on and chose an empty seat. I settled down and put in my earbuds, letting the music pull me away from reality (you are listening to the song at the top). I hummed along to the tune quietly, happy to listen to the sound of the music as it quieted the sounds that were caused by all of the obnoxious people yelling nonstop. We pulled up to the school. I stared with longing out the window, wishing I didn't have to get out. Well, I have to get out and head on whether I like it or not.
Second chapter! I am so so happy to have you all reading my book! Love you guys!
Love and more love,
