Prologue

“It’s very dark!” I said while finding something to hold. “Trust me I won’t let anything happen to you” he said whilst leading me to his surprise. Trust me, I really love surprises especially when it comes from my love ones.

He took off the blindfold from my eyes. “TADA!”  he yelled whilst stretching out his arms in the air. My jaw dropped as I took time to take in the view. I was so gob smacked as I observed how well he decorated the whole place where we first met. I snapped out of my thoughts when I felt arms snaking around my waist.

“ I-its so beautiful” I stuttered

“Nothing like you” he whispered in my ears. Those words brought shivers in my nerves unto my spine and I can’t feel my knees anymore.

He turned me around to face him and he bend a little so our face are leveled, our lips were inches away and I can feel his breathing. his blue eyes met mine and his gaze were cold. after a couple f minute he spoke up;

“I have something to tell“ 

“What“ I gave him a confuse looks.

“I gotta tell you later” he added, “Let’s just enjoy this moment”

He loosed his gripped on me and lead me to a checkered blanket where he place the picnic basket. He sat down and I tilted my head to him. I give him a questioning looks.

“Here” he patted the next spot to him. I sat down next and we both face the sunset as its lights reflect to the water. We stayed in silence and just stared at the view. I can feel the awkwardness between us so I broke it.

“So what do you want to tell me ealier?”  I asked.

His lovely eyes turned to cold. He bow down and he got a misty eyes. I can tell that something bothering him.

“Tell me what?”

He looked up “Im leaving” he stated and let out a big sigh.

I was surprised and I was speechless. I can’t feel my body. My tears began to form.
