{Harry and Louis take their son and daughter to the zoo for the day}
(Pictures of the kids are below, Charlotte is 6 and Eli is 4. And yes I know one of Louis' sisters' names is Charlotte but we're gonna pretend it's not cuz I love that name)

"Is everyone ready?" Harry asked from the passenger seat and turned around to look at his kids.
"Yeah!" Charlotte basically screamed, so excited for the zoo.
Eli just nodded excitedly with a big smile on his face, dimples on show.
"Now, I'm gonna ask one more time, does anyone have to pee? The zoo is an hour away."
Eli and Charlotte both looked at each other before saying at the same time, "Yes."
Harry sighed as he looked over at Louis in the driver's seat, who was just smiling.
"You take one, I'll take the other," Harry said and Louis agreed, both getting out to unbuckle their kids.
Finally, five minutes later, everyone was back in the car and ready to go.
"Alright, let's go."

"Penguins!" Charlotte screamed as she ran towards them.
"Lottie! Get back here!" Harry had to run after her and scooped her up to keep her from getting lost. "Stop running off like that."
"I'm too excited! Sorry, daddy."
"It's okay, my love. Just hold my hand from now on, yeah?"
Charlotte nodded so Harry set her back on the ground and took her hand in his, before reaching over to grab Louis' with his other hand, who had Eli propped up on his hip.
"Now we can all go see the penguins, love," Louis said and Charlotte cheered, which made Eli basically scream in his dad's ear.
Harry laughed at Louis' reaction to that and leaned over to kiss his cheek.
"Ew!" Both the kids shouted.
Harry and Louis just rolled their eyes.

"Flasmingsos!" Eli exclaimed with wide eyes, adding way too many 'S's to the word.
"Flamingos, bud," Louis said with a laugh, holding the boy basically on top of the railing to look closer.
"Yeah, flasmingsos!"
Harry lifted Charlotte up to do the same thing, her immediately gasping when seeing the birds.
"They're pink!"
"Yes they are, darling," Harry kissed her head.
As the kids "oooh"ed and "aww"ed, Harry looked over at his husband to see him already staring.
"Creep," Harry joked, a smile tugging at his lips.
Louis just laughed.

Harry struggled to open the door with a sleeping 6-year-old in his arms, but he managed, Louis following right behind, a 4-year-old in his arms.
"Let's get these two down," Harry whispered and Louis nodded.
After getting both the kids tucked into their own beds, successfully not waking either of them up, they both went into their own room.
They changed into more comfortable clothes in silence, before both collapsing on their bed with sighs.
"That was a long day," Louis said, as Harry rolled over to lay on his chest.
"I'm exhausted."
"How exhausted exactly?" Louis let his fingertips run across the exposed skin on Harry's hip.
Harry looked up at him with a raised brow. "Why do you ask, Tomlinson?"
"Mhmm, I don't know," Louis smirked as he hovered over top of his husband.
"Well, you better just show me what you mean then."
Louis leaned down to close the space, attaching their lips in a heated kiss.
Before they could continued any further, their door was being opened and a small voice asked, "Daddies?"
Louis groaned and Harry slapped his chest, pushing him off and sitting up.
Both the kids were standing in the doorway, Eli holding Charlotte's hand and rubbing his tired eyes with the other.
"Yes, my pride and joys?" Harry responded, Louis basically pouting beside him.
"Can we sleep in here, please?"
"Of course. C'mon in."
And as soon as his little girl curled up on top of him, Louis wasn't even slightly upset anymore.
Eli was almost immediately asleep when cuddling against Harry, causing the boy to smile and kiss his son's head.
Harry and Louis looked at each other then and smiled.
They may never have any alone time, or a bed to themselves most nights.
But they wouldn't have it any other way.
