The Avengers compound was silent.
It was waaaaay too silent.
The brown haired teenager looked around confused.
Where was everybody?
"Mr. Stark? I-I'm here!" Peter's voice echoed through the building.
Silence.
That was odd. Tony was excited Peter was spending the week with them while May went on a business trip.
And out of all the things Peter was expecting, he was surprised to see no avenger in sight.
"Mr. Stark??" Now Peter was frantically searching through each room.
Oh no. Oh no. Oh no. Please no.
He came to an abrupt stop.
He heard something.
It was... Crying?
It was a baby crying?!
Peter headed toward the source of the sound, Intrigued to know who was making it.
He didn't expect it to be coming from the conference room .
He also didn't expect what he saw next.
There was a crying baby Clint on the floor being comforted by a baby Natasha, Along with a baby tony and Bruce patting the table, and a baby Steve petting baby Thor's hair.
Peter stood there, frozen by the scene in front of him.
No way.
A smile worked its way onto Peter's face.
This is..too good to be true.
"Mr.Stark, these kids look exactly like you guys!"
He walked around, looking at all the babies.
"How long did it take you guys to dress them up?"
He playfully picked up the baby tony crawling towards him.
"There so cute, I just...wait"
All avengers started crawling towards the confused peter, who was examining baby Tony's face.
The realization took over peter.
"Mr.Stark? I-Is that you?" He whispered.
Baby Tony put his hand on Peter's forehead.
"Oh my god Mr.Stark it's you"
He looked around at all the children. He wasn't sure if he should laugh or be concerned.
"W-What do I do?"
He looked up at the ceiling.
"Friday? Can you call Mrs.St-Potts?"
"Voice activation required" The AI responded.
Tony had upgraded his security after the Homecoming incident and that maybe or maybe not included him also wanting to stop a certain kid that's name rhymed with 🅱️eter 🅱️arker from sneaking into the lab at 3am.
Peter remembered Tony was working on his voice activation yesterday.
Maybe he was done with it?
"Uh...Peter Parker?"
"Invalid"
Guess not.
Peter sighed "Mr.Stark, this is the worst time to be a baby. Pepper's gone for the month, and Happys with her, and Mr. Rhodey left too, and there's no one who can take care..."
His voice faded out as he looked at baby tony who was babbling and patting Peter's chest.
Peter groaned. He knew what he had to do.
"Well everyone," Peter slightly hesitated before saying the next part.
"....I guess you guys have a babysitter"
