Chocolate Truffles
Ingredients
- 1 can of sweetened condensed milk
- 1 cup of coconut
- 1/3 of a cup of cocoa powder
- 1 packet of plain biscuits
Method
1. Mix biscuits in a blender mix well
2. Place biscuits in a bowl
3. Add cocoa and a 1/4 of the coconut and mix well
4. Add condensed milk and mix until evenly moist
5. Place in fridge for 30 mins
6. Spread remaining coconut onto a plate
7. Roll truffles into even balls and cover with coconut
8. Store in airtight container in the fridge
This is a quick delicious chocolatey treat for guest or to spoil yourself
