Chapter 4- Merry Christmas

"Hahahahahaha" Luke bursted out in laughter. Luke was my guide for the time being. We had already gone half way through with the tour of the school and he showed me around to parts of the school like the library, cafeteria, arts departments and labs, science labs,the staff room and the front porch of the school that held the parking lot and bicycle racks that I had actually seen earlier. Presently we were sitting on one of the benches in a secluded part of the school garden because we were actually both kinda exhausted and I got to know more about him. Turns out his Luke Hayden,part of the student body Council which I think is why he is my guide, he plays basketball and is the captain of his team, pretty smart and funny guy and he is in the sciences department of the school. I found myself bonding with him... pretty weird for me but I don't mind...and I told him a little about me and we just seemed to flow.

"What?!"

"You...have....got....to...be... kidding me"

"Well I'm damn serious Hun thanks for asking" I replied sarcasm lacing my tone.

Okay so I was currently telling him about my not-so-proud experience at a water park. It was a nice warm-hot Thursday early afternoon and uhm daddy wanted his kids to have a good time...

*Flashback*

"Hey kids we're going to the waterpark today" dad beamed showing his perfect set of whites as he made the announcement to all of us.

"Awww really?"

"Yes really baby"

"Ohhh yeahhhhh!!!" The boys screamed in unison.

"Uhh well...we don't have any swim suits paa" I butted in not really liking the watery idea. Waterpark? Pfft yeah more like water works. Heyyyy I don't hate the water park alright,I actually love ya'know. I just don't exactly have shiny memories with it that's all

"Don't worry Hun I got that covered...Tada!! New swim suits for everyone!!!"

"Ughhhhh nuts.....I mean yaaaay!"

"Well see ya at the waterpark every body I'm going to pack my bags...see ya" Louise dashed up the stairs to her room and the boys followed suit. My stomach churned with fright...if that's a thing...as I too slowly and steadily went up to get ready too.

"Awwww C'mon smile for the camera dilweed"

"Heck no ...I got water running from places it shouldn't I mean can you even see my nose?!

"Well that's the fun of it all you know"

"Well sorry I ain't getting the hang of all this 'fun' you're having and I had rathibe home stuffing my face with Oreos and fruit beer while watching space rockets shot up into space sister!"

I tried my very best to stay out of every body's way and believe me I did. But no! Some butterscotch just had to pick me up like I had atom of living flesh on me, dangling me over the top of the water slide, badabling badablang with a whoosh and a splash..boom! down went the little spider screaming for her life all the way down.

When I did reach the bottom I laid there, purposely,like a lifeless body pretending to be unconscious until I felt a pair of arms lift me up and honestly at this point I couldn't really care less if I was being kidnapped at this point at least they won't force me down a water slide.

"Is she still conscious?"

"Is she breathing?"

"Ohhh Valentino casmir Pierre you're so dead!"

"No no no no no please I was just trying to help her have some fun I had no inten-"
He was cut short as I started my journey of coughing back to life.

"Smile for the camera squishy" Louise chimed in like nothing happened

"What!? The heck no! I just freaking got out of a literal coma dammit! By the way y'all are dead when we get home especially you Valentino and believe me when I say I have more than enough extra chores to keep you busy with"

"Awww C'mon just smile for the camera buzz kill"

"No!" But unfortunately she still took the pictures without permission.

"Now this would get me a thousand followers richer don't ya think?"

"That thing goes anywhere beyond the boundaries of your gallery and I'm promising you'll be eating your sleeping face for breakfast trust me"

"Jeez leweez take a chill pill woman you already growing pink for all that shouting mum..loosen up"

*End of Flashback*

"Hey!!! I didn't mean it that way"

"Well thanks for meaning it the other way"

"You know you're the one making it hard for me to stop laughing right?"

"Oh really? Thanks for the hint u didn't notice"

"Okay I'm sorry pretty pleaaassee with a cherry on top?"

"Hmmmm...nope, make that a hamburger, french fries and a cup of Chai Lotte"

"Jeez girl you got an appetite"

"Yeah I know I do thanks"

"Well you're beautiful too you know that right?"

"Uhm...merry Christmas" I replied with a smile on my face as I got up and started walking away. Well I'm sorry that I'm so bipolar i don't even know how to respond to compliments because...I don't know... I don't get them often?. Believe me I did want to just say a simple ' thank you' but no way...Mr.brain up there decided to keep mute like the Buddhist monks vow of silence.

"Wait a minute! Hold up!..I'm sorry was it something I said?"

"Mmmm not at all mate ... just wanted to get today over with already,im actually getting pretty exhausted....no offence I actually have really enjoyed your company today so far. Something that's not really common with me"....ugh fosbury flops shut up brain your creeping him out.....
