I grew up without a father and life wasn't that bad. Until the doctor told us that I had cancerous cells in my blood. Then everything got expensive and she couldn't afford it all. So she started to work three jobs. She was a bus driver, a nurse, and a dog walker. But, it still wasn't enough for all of the chemotherapy. She started to go on the streets and beg for money. That didn't last long before the police arrested her for assault. She was asking for money and they didn't want to give any to her and things got violent. Let's just say she wasn't very happy about that. She went to jail for one year and I went to South Carolina to live with my aunt and uncle. They didn't want me to live with them, but they were my only family left. Cancer runs in the family. My Grandparents both died of it and so did my other uncle. Most likely I will too.
