Everyone tells me to look on the bright side of things. But the one thing they always say that is really annoying, is keep fighting or be strong. I'm so sick of hearing that sentence or plastering on a smile for my family. When I left for South Carolina I saw a beautiful girl about my age at the airport. She had this contagious laughter til everyone around her was smiling and laughing. I even started to smile when she was, and I was on the other side of the airport getting a coffee. She looked like she was waiting for someone, but didn't want to wait. Her eyes seemed to wander and eventually wondered on me. I could feel the intensity in her eyes. They were screaming at me. I could tell that she truly wasn't happy. When I saw her look at me I knew that I started to blush. She smiled a real smile when I blushed. She looked away when an older guy with black hair and green eyes walked up to her. She looked mad at him when he started to talk. I didn't know what was going on but I knew that something was wrong. She said something back with the same voice and attitude and he didn't like that. He got a little frisky and slapped her across the face. The whole airport went silent. I immediately  jumped up and ran towards her. She was already getting up by the time I got to her. Her face was bright red with anger.
