Before we begin our story we need to explain what the rings are and what they do.
Firstly, the rings appeared a long time ago, and they were forged by the first masters of magic. They were created because there was so much power a person could hold, and these masters were afraid that after their deaths, the power they once held would fall into the wrong hands.
There are many rings that also hold the power of magic in them, but the ancient rings are 10 times as powerful as normal ones.
There are myths that there is even a set of rings with power beyond that of the ancient rings, but no one ever discovered one.
To have full acces to the ring's power you have to let its power flow trough you, of course, but don't let it take controll, or else..
If you have rings on all four fingers (you can't wear them on your thumb) you acces a reality from which you can draw power to your heart's content.
