Luke was so misguided when he came to us.
He was broken, torn, a man without purpose. A man without hope.
A Sinner.
But he came to us. And we welcomed him with open arms.
We showed him the path and the love of family. He still wrestled with his sins, but he did his best.
In return he tried everything to help us.
He planned our Project gathering, to show us that even in this dark our, we are a family. He was kind, and compassionate.
He was devoted.
He became our protector when Jacob was taken from us.
But the sinners stole him from us as well.
He was not family by blood, but I saw him as my brother in life.
Both tested by the loss of our families. Just as God is testing us with his loss.
The sinners who took him from us, know this, his death will not be forgotten.
