Better Days

Tammy :

"Ma'am you have to calm down there rushing your daughter to get in medical care right now ." The doctor spoke in a calm tone .

" Why was she like that ? They said she was dead ." I whispered but loud enough for the doctor to hear me .

" We'll you were lucky , she's a miracle ." He somewhat tried to enlighten the mode .

" She's a blessing...my blessing ." I smiled to myself .

Chris looked at me and grabbed my hand as the tears rolled down my face all this was so strange to me they said my candace was dead my flesh and blood I don't know how to cope with all this . Atleast my husband is here to help hold me up with all these emotions .

I heard the door open and a nurse stepped in . She walked over to me and Chris and gave us a unpleasant look .

" Your daughter made it she's a miracle but she's in a coma it seems to me that your child was shot in the head and we were able to get that out but we won't be able to tell when she wakes up ."

" Thank you so much doctor ." Chris said giving her a hug she gave him a strange look and embraced him in her arms .

" Chris she understands."

" My bad ." He said backing up sitting back down with me .

" Yeah ." I said mugging him as the doctor walked away trying to sway her hips hard as fuck .

I swear if my daughter wasn't in this wack ass hospital fighting for her life I would've whooped her ass but I got better things to worry about .

"Chris I love you better days are going to come for us ." I said pecking his lips he looked at me crazy and kissed me back .

" I love you too Tammy , your ass bipolar though."

I know with Chris by my side and a little faith along the way my daughter was going to live and better days were going to come for us...
