Izuku was sitting at his desk in school. He was kind of excited as today was the day, the day he would stand up for himself and show everyone that he isn't some helpless quirkless child, that's only a punching bag for others. Even though he was strong enough to defend himself years ago he thought of what Luffy had told him after he came to their house on the beach, eyes red from the tears he shed from being bullied at school, telling them about it.

Flashback 

"If you want to be a hero, even when everything is against you then you should use everything to your advantage. Endure the pain, use it to increase your pain resistance and when the time has come to show them what you're made of."

 At first, a few of the crew members were shocked, but then they saw Izuku, he didn't look sad anymore, he was determined to use everything he can to become stronger and they weren't gonna stand in his way.

Flashback End

The teacher came in the classroom holding a massive stack of paper, walking to his desk. "Today we were gonna take a test about your future dream jobs, but you all want to be heroes anyway!", he announced, throwing the papers in the air in the progress. The class started cheering, all of them showing off their quirks, besides Katsuki and Izuku for obvious reasons. 

"Don't lump me in with all of those losers, Teach!", Katsuki screamed, aggravated that he was being compared to such rejects. 

"Katsuki Bakugou, I see you have applied to UA High.", the teacher said, while the class quieted down upon hearing the name of the prestigious school. "And Midoriya as well.", the teacher added, causing the class to break out in laughter while throwing comments such as "That useless guy", "A quirkless shit like him".  Katsuki was furious, he thought of himself as the only one capable enough to go to UA in this whole school, but then this QUIRKLESS Deku thinks he can just go to the same school as him. The sound of an explosion rang through the classroom, as everyone was quiet now, smoke coming from Katsuki's hand. Izuku's desk was destroyed, but he just sat there as uninterested as one could be. 

"How dare you, apply to UA, you quirkless bastard. You're even worse than everyone else in this room, YOU. ARE. QUIRKLESS!" Just as he wanted to attack Izuku with an explosion, the teacher told him to stop or he would have to send him to the principal. Meanwhile, Izuku replaced his desk with one of the desks from one of the missing students.

After classes ended Izuku was packing his stuff, getting ready to leave school, but Katsuki snatched one of his notebooks reading the title out loud "Hero Analysis for my Future No.13". Just as he wanted to explode it, he felt immense pressure, Izuku looked at him. He felt weak, against someone who was quirkless and worst of all he wasn't even doing anything, he just stood there looking at him, but the seriousness in his eyes was what scared him the most, just then Izuku said something "Give it back, Bakugou!". He was shocked, Izuku never called him anything but Kaachan over the last 10 years. His eyes struck with fear, he let the notebook fall.

Izuku picked it up and left the room, leaving Katsuki and his lackeys behind. Katsuki, while still shocked knew something was wrong, he's sure Izuku used some kind of power, as he would never fear someone as harmless as Izuku.
