Karen couldn't help but smile beneath her visor, as she heard Batman speak.
He was allowing them to become a team.
"Keep in mind, that even though your are 'covert', the world will still be watching," Director Disakvo added. Smirking, "We will have eyes on all six of you."
"Six???" Rob and KF exclaimed in surprise, drowning out the zeta computer.
When the glow fades, not one, but two green-skinned Martians stand before them.
"Team, this is Martian Manhunter's niece," Batman explains. "Miss Martian."
"Hi," the green girl greets with a shy wave of her hand.
Almost immediately, Kid Flash introduces himself and Robin to the new girl, while trying to charm her.
The girl's shirt changes from blue to black, showing that she is smitten by a different boy; which apparently is promptly ignored by the oblivious speedster.
"I like your shirt," Miss M blushes at Superboy, whom smirks in return.
Miss M then turns her attention to the only other girl in the room. Her eyes focus on the tiny green "G" on the girl's shoulder.
"Are you with Global Inc?" Miss M asks.
"No, I'm with tall, dark, and broody over there," Karma smirks, pointing at Director Disakvo; whom rolls his eyes behind his sunglasses.
"My armor is though," Karma adds. "Name's Karma, Agent of S.W.O.R.D. How do know of Global Inc.?"
Karma extends her hand and Miss Martian accepts the gesture, shaking her hand.
The green girl smiles, "From their colony on Mars. It's where I learned English."
"Global Inc has a colony on Mars!?!" KF exclaims excitedly. "That's so cool!! How come I've never heard about it, though?"
Karma rolled her eyes at the geek, "Because it's still under construction. And, it's not a colony, only an outpost. More of a supply depot for the mining ships in the asteroid belt, like our facility on the Moon."
"Hmmm... Neat," KF quips. "Well, I gotta go. My aunt's having a family dinner night, so see ya guys!"
The young speedster and his mentor streak off toward the zeta tubes.
//Recognized. Kid. Flash....//
"Yeah, me and Bats gotta go, too," Robin smiles, as he departs. "See ya around!"
//...Robin. B-0-2...//
"I have a few leads to follow up on," Karma informs, as she follows the Dynamic Duo out.
Miss M bids them all farewell, as she ducks out to get the rest of her stuff to move in.

She stood on the roof and smirked proudly, as she watched the results of her work. Seeing the two theives being taken away by the cops.
"You're pretty good, for a rookie," a voice declares from behind her.
Surprised, the girl quickly spun around to face the one interrupting her moment of peaceful reflection; her blonde pony tail swaying behind her.
"Show yourself," she growls demandingly. Aiming her bow at the lone figure in the shadows.
"Easy there," the figure says calmly; stepping out of the shadows. Revealing a person clad in black and red armor.
The blonde's eye's go wide as she watches the helmet fold up, turning into a visor covering the eyes. She steels herself momentarily before dropping the armored figure from her sights and placing the arrow back in her quiver.
"Not like it would have done much against your armor anyway," the blonde snarls, spotting the eagle and the sword symbol on the shoulder of her new acquaintance. "Never knew that S.W.O.R.D. bothered with petty crimes."
Karma smirked, smugly, "Only when gangs or vigilantes are involved."
"Ah... I see," the blonde archer smirked back, walking toward the ledge. She pulling out a grappling gun and aimed at the nearest tall building. "Bet you have some questions for me, then?"
Kar watched as the archer's shot hit its mark; the line going taunt.
"Perhaps..." Kar answered, playing mysterious.
The blonde smirked, preparing to jump, "Perhaps I'll answer them...
"...if you can keep up, that is."
The green-clad, blonde archer swung away into the night. Followed quickly by the armor-clad, federal agent.

First, so sorry that it took so long to update this book. My life has been pretty crazy these past few months and I've been more focused on one of my other books. But now, I will be working on finishing this one before the end of next year!

Third, my book "Ultimate Justice" has been entered in the "We Are Heroes Awards (2018-2019)" in the Young Justice and Best Book categories. I, myself, have been entered for Best Author. The link for voting is on my message board. There is only a week left, so please be sure to vote before the deadline.
Fourth, I just finished both Avatar: The Last Airbender and Legend of Korra, and have been thinking of doing a crossover book similar to my "Ultimate Justice" one. Should I do it? Comment below your opinions, I need some encouragement!!!
