Hiro's POV

I was shocked, unable to move for a second. Around me, the other players were beginning to panic. I looked around for the pinkette, who had disappeared because of the chaos that ensued.

Hiro: If she left then I know where she's headed, I've got to get started as well, I thought; breaking free from the crowd and running into the open field.

Sprinting across the field, to the next town, I came across a pack of wild wolves. They snarled as their eyes trained themselves on me. Before they could move, however, I threw myself into the fray. Hacking and slashing before they could bite me with their vicious fangs.

Hiro: I refuse to die, I have a life to live, I swore to myself as I entered the next town.

Looking at my level, I realized that I had levelled up. Assigning the new upgrades and bonuses, I headed into the field again. Before I could enter through an arm held me back,

???: "Darling, you can't just go off on your own all the time," the familiar voice of the pinkette explained, "If you want, we can join up in a party?" She offered, sending me an invite.

Player Zero Two has invited you to join their party, will you join?

Hesitating, I sighed as I accepted the invite. Smiling sweetly, Zero Two seized my hand and pulled me into the field; she drew her sword as another larger pack of wolves began to charge us,

Zero Two: "Come on Darling, we can do this together," Zero Two then declared, to which I drew my sword,

Hiro: I don't know what I'm getting myself into, I don't know how I got myself into this mess. All I know is that I must survive. I swore again as Zero Two, and I began to charge.

It happened fast, Zero Two's blade flew across the field like a horrendous gale. My sword emitted a bright blue light as it connected with one of the wolves.

Zero Two: "Well done darling, it seems like we'll be perfect for each other!" Zero Two exclaimed, sheathing her sword once again, "I presume that we'll be staying in the field for a while so, I already bought supplies.

I gapped at her assumption of us becoming a party, but I felt comfortable being in her presence. We spent the next few hours hunting for enemies and gathering resources, such as Col, it was the currency of the world, and experience points. When we returned to the town, we found that many of the new players had found themselves there.

Hiro: "I hope they'll be okay," I exclaimed, looking at the depressed players.

Zero Two: "They'll figure it out in time," Zero Two began, "For now, let's find an inn to stay at for the night." She then suggested, pointing at the nearest sign.

After selling all of the monster drops we had, we headed to the inn for the night. Walking in, the small tinkle of a bell sounded out. The innkeeper then turned to us and smiled,

Innkeeper: "Welcome to the Sleepy Hog! We have extra rooms for the two of you if you want to share one you-" Zero Two slammed some Col on the bar.

Zero Two: "One room please," She asked, making intense eye contact with him.

Innkeeper: "R-room t-twelve," The Innkeeper directed, handing Zero Two a pair of keys.

As we walked up the stairs, I couldn't help but stare at Zero Two's underside. She was wearing pink panties. Blushing as I looked away, we clambered up the steep steps and found our room. It was only then when I realized that there was only one room,

Hiro: "I guess I'll get another room?" I meekly suggested, to which she swivelled around and seized my hand again.

Zero Two: "No, it's you and me, darling. There's one bed, so we share." She explained, a smirk forming across her face.

I blushed as I realized what her original intentions were,

Hiro: "Y-you mean you planned this from the start?" I asked, averting my eyes.

She slowly walked forward and pulled my face to meet hers. She then proceeded to lick my ear. I pulled back in shock,

Hiro: "Wh-what are you doing?" I blurted, leaning against the wall.

Zero Two: "I'm marking my property Darling, no other girl will be claiming you now," Zero Two exclaimed, pinning me to the wall.

I tried to escape her, but her grasp was too firm. Giving up the struggle, I looked her in the eyes with determination this time. She smirked as she traced her arms up through my shirt. Slowly removing it, I couldn't help but feel ashamed of myself. Noticing how uncomfortable I was, she withdrew her arms kissed me on the cheek,

Zero Two: "I'm sorry Darling, it seems as though you have yet to get used to me," She began holding my hands, "Don't worry, we'll be together for the whole game so, I hope you'll get used to me by then." She explained, adopting a more truthful tone.

My heart fluttered as she spoke. I then realized that she was beginning to tremble, like a little girl who had just lost everything. Without thinking, I roped her into a hug,

Hiro: "It's gonna be okay, we're all trapped here now," I began, holding her tight as her trembling began to ease, "We can do this, together." I vowed, facing her head-on. "I know we've only known each other for a small amount of time, but I think we should stay together," I then explained, still staring into her emerald eyes,

Zero Two giggled a little as she swept a small tear from her eyelash. She then leaned on me, to which I blushed and looked away,

Zero Two: "You're heart is fluttering Darling, do I make you excited?" She then asked, listening to my heartbeat.

Hiro: "I think any guy would get excited if a beautiful girl would lean on him like this," I mumbled, tightening my grip on her.

Zero Two: "You seem to be enjoying this," She pointed out, to which I gapped again and let go, "This was fun, I'm heading to the bath to get cleaned up for tomorrow, goodnight." She then teased, smiling blissfully as she swung open the door.

Hiro: What have I gotten myself into this time, I thought, sitting on the bed and removing my shirt.

I soon began to think about other things. I thought about my family, who was shocked at the news, and about my life in the real world. I wondered if I wanted to leave Sword Art Online if I wanted to stay forever in this world.

Hiro: No, I can't stay here. I have to get out of here so I can live my life up the fullest. I thought, staring out of the window.

I soon got into bed, just as Zero Two re-entered the room. She smiled as she saw me pulling the sheets over myself. I hadn't looked at her when she climbed into the bed. However, what I could feel was bare skin against my back.

Hiro: "Zero Two, a-are you n-naked," I stammered, reddening madly.

Zero Two: "Maybe I am, maybe I'm not. Does it make you excited?" She asked, coiling her leg over me and wrapping her arm around me.

Hiro: It's going to be like every night I bet. I thought as I turned to see a sleeping Zero Two. She sleeps like a baby, not a care in the world. I then thought, staring at her face.

It was serene, almost like a movie. I felt at peace with the world, as I closed my eyes and slept for the night.
