Bar 'Dragon's Tail', Seoul

January 9 / 9:30pm

Dragon's Tail was known as the best bar in this part of neighbourhood. It was a quiet easy wednesday tonight, only one bartender was present.

Yoo Jeonghan, bartender that had a shift that night was a very curious soul, some could say he was just noisy but it was his natural curiosity that made the owner hire him. The same curiosity that also almost get him killed in the first place, before one man saved him and negotiated how useful could he be for the owner of this bar. He had a nose for suspicious behavior and he remembered every face that came through the door. He loved his job mainly because he could let his curiosity go wild here. Customers spilled everything to the bartender after few drinks anyway as if he was some kind of psychologist that would help them with their problems.

This one man though bothered him, first time he came was on monday and now two days later he was here again, sitting alone at the bar, ordering whiskey on rocks and he DID NOT wanted to talk! Jeonghan's curiosity was now at the highest point. Where did he came from? Maybe he moved somewhere close by? Drinking away his heartbreak? Why is he here again? Why doesn't  he want to talk at all?

He couldn't take it anymore, he had to try to get something from this new stranger, this closed book. "Never saw you here." Jeonghan asked him all of the sudden surprising even himself that he said it outloud.

"I liked how quiet it was here on monday so I came back." Stranger said and finally looked at him, his voice was deep.

Jeonghan thought he heard little bit of accent there. He squinted his eyes at the stranger. He's not from Seoul . "Flattering. It has to be mine's doing because Vernon is way louder than I am. I mean the other bartender that works here." Gotta try to dig more . "Ah are you new here, you live close?"

"Yea I had to move out of my apartment from centre." Man said looking at the melting ice in the glass he held.

"Ah sorry man. I get it, its cheaper here."

"Yea and gladly this bar is close to my new flat too, so."

Jeonghan tried to push the talk and his luck a little bit further. "You got any name stranger?"

"Hyunwook."

Success! Hyunwook hm? "I'm Jeonghan if you didn't read my name tag already. The best bartender in this bar... Welcome to this part of city then. Here on the house.." He poured a shot and handed it in front of the stranger while showing the best smile. Wow! That was not that hard.

"Thank you, Jeonghan." Shownu smiled back, this was the plan after all. Stay low and don't talk so this man can get bothered by it. They had a suspicion that Jeonghan had way more important job than just pouring drinks. Get noticed by the eyes and ears of this bar? Check!
