Insomnia

It was the start of winter season and the first snowfall already happened. People found it pretty and exciting, the season where they can wear thick comfortable clothes and walk on thick layers of snow where you can see children playing and building snowman or attempt to build one

And Jeongguk just hates it. He hates December

He hates cold seasons because he can't take showers in the morning without using heaters because his apartment is shitty, no hot water in showers. He hates the snow sticking to his hair which he gave efforts in styling. He hates everything about winter

Everything except he can sleep easily when cold

And he can sleep anywhere

Even in his class

"Mr. Jeon?" His art teacher called his name but he didn't lift his head and kept on sleeping thinking that the teacher will eventually give up

"Mr. Jeon" the man called louder wishing for the boy to just look up at him

"Mr. Jeon, you are sleeping in my class again" Jeongguk groaned with his head still between his arms and finally, looking up

"Apologies Mr. Kim. Just send me to detention so I can sleep more" he smirked at his art teacher who looked like tomato with his face red because of obvious anger towards the student

"Detention after class" Mr. Kim then walked to the front of the class to start the discussion, not bothering Jeongguk anymore who slumped back on his desk and continued sleeping

Taehyung's face is blank as he made eye contact with his student, Jeon Jeongguk

He has been dealing with him since he started teaching the class and Jeongguk didn't miss a day sleeping in his class and only in his class

The fucking disrespect

"Are we just gonna stare at each other the whole hour?" Taehyung asked but the brunet just chuckled and his two front large teeth bared to which Taehyung cooed at silently

Not that he would admit he found it cute

"You tell me what to do Mr. Kim" Taehyung closed his eyes on frustration to his student's sarcastic remark with a smirk on his smug face

"You've been sleeping in my class since I replaced your former art teacher, do you also sleep in her class?" He asked helpless to the other who kept a teasing smile on his face

"Every first period" Taehyung squinted his eyes to the boy's answer

And oh god, he's becoming more irritated

"Give me a reflection paper in 30 minutes. I'll be expecting you in the office" he gave him a pointed look before standing up and leaving the room

But Jeongguk stopped him

"How can you be so sure I'll do it?" The student asked with a smirk on his face

"Just give us both a favor and do it"
