I stepped out the car, a little buzzed off the blunt Kayden & I smoked before we came. We made our way up to the door and walked in, I took a glance around and locked eyes with a boy. His brown orbs scanned my body seductively, as he slowly sucked his bottom lip into his mouth, his eyes traveled slowly back up to my face and he flashed a smirk. I smirked back, looking away, to see a brown-skinned girl with a mug on her face, staring directly at me.

I raised an eyebrow, and laughed, looking back at Kayden.

"Goldie locks must be her nigga." I smirked, nodding toward the boy I locked eyes with, then the brown skinned girl.

"Nah, that's not her nigga, but she want him and can't catch the hint that he don't want her."

I shook my head.

"What a shame."

I took another glance at Goldie locks and made my way over to the kitchen. I poured myself a little henny and sipped from it.

I felt a presence behind causing me to whip around and be face to face with Goldie locks.

"Need sum'?" I asked, sipping from my cup.

He licked his lips, and reached behind me, grabbing a cup.

"Aye, Liyah, you in here?" Kayden came to the doorway.

"Yeah. Wassup?"

"Oh, so you met Omari," she stated, nodding toward him.

I shrugged, glancing over at him, to see him wit' a smirk plastered on his face.

"You know my name, what's yours?" He asked, looking down at me.

His 6 foot figure hovered over my 5'6 figure, as he spoke, sending shivers down my spine.

"A-Aaliyah." I spoke.

"Mm, see you around, Miss Aaliyah." he spoke, then made his way out the kitchen.

I let go of a breath I didn't know I was holding.

"Oop." was all Kayden said.

I laughed, and we made our way over to a couch and sat.

-

"Raymon you are hilarious!" I said, bursting into laughter, as Raymon sat there roasting people.

"Man bib." Kayden giggled.

After awhile Kayden had introduced me to Raymon and we instantly started laughing and shit, I could automatically tell that me and him would have a good connection, on a friendship level.

"Bruh, that hoe tracks are showing, how the fuck you leave out the house like 'dat?" Raymon asked, pointing toward so girl.

I slapped his hand, and while laughing.

"Stop pointing nigga." I laughed.

"I being honest." He laughed again.

I shook my head, and took a glance to the left to see brown skin shorty, approaching.

𝘛𝘩𝘪𝘴 𝘴𝘩𝘰𝘶𝘭𝘥 𝘣𝘦 𝘨𝘰𝘰𝘥. I thought to myself.

"Hey Raymon," she spoke, flirtatiously biting her lip.

I looked over at Kayden to see her expression change, she now wore an irritated expression.

He simply sent her a head nod.

Her little smile faded and she scoffed, as I let out a laugh.

"Sum' funny?," she asked.

"Obviously," I laughed, looking her up and down.

"Mm." was all I heard before she walked away, switching her non-existent ass.

Me and Kayden both burst into laughter, causing Raymon to look at us strangely.

"Weird ass females..." he mumbled.

-

Eventually everybody left, leaving me, Kayden, and Raymon behind. Kayden was drunk off her ass, so Raymon said he'd bring her back to the dorm in the morning.

"How ima get back to the dorms?," I asked, sighing.

"Stay here, I can take both y'all back to the dorms tommorrow," Raymon said.

"Unt-unt, nigga. I wanna sleep in my bed."

He laughed, shrugging.

"How 'bout-"

"I can take you..." A familiar voice spoke, sending chills down my spine.

I turned around, seeing Omari standing there with his hands in his pockets.

"I thought you were gone,"

"I was in the bathroom."

"Oh, but, ion really know you dude. I mean-"

"For you to need a ride home, you being hella picky..." Raymon spoke.

"Shut up." I spat.

Sighing, I threw my jacket on.

"Come on nigga. Try some shit, and I'll stab yo' ass." I spoke in all seriousness.

He scoffed a laugh and grabbed his keys.

-

"Thank you, I appreciate it." I smiled, looking up at Omari.

"Aye, no problem. Anytime."

"I owe you."

"Nah, just think of this as a 'Welcome to Cali' gift." He smirked.

A small smile formed on my face.

"Oh, and my bad for threatening yo' life earlier..." I laughed, awkwardly.

"Ain't shit, shorty."

"Alright. Goodnight, Omari."

"Night shorty."
