"I really don't get it" She said after reading her introduction.Rayne stopped drinking her juice and glared at her best friend.She had put a lot of effort in that introduction and was dreaming of her A+
"It's and introduction..how don't you get it?" She asked and wiped her mouth "I have to go get some books from my locker"
"Sure.me too.i have English" Cassie said getting up with her tray at hand
"I have French" Rayne groaned "je ne suis pas contente"she said and headed for the entrance with Cassie on her left.They had been best friends for about nine years and have been through tough times especially with boys
"What are we doing after school? my mom won't come early today" Cassie asked leaning on a locker next to Rayne's who was busily rummaging through her locker
"I can't find my French dictionary" She said with a sulk "oh and I was thinking we could go hang at that new restaurant"
"You gave it to me..remember? And oh Tankan?..sure" Cassie replied as the school bell rang.they both walked swiftly down the hallway towards their classes
"Where did you park this time?" Cassie asked
"Near the bicycles...I came late" Rayne said and bit her lip...It was the worst place to park in school
"Oh my gosh..you know those...weird people always stand there" Cassie cried
"Well I'm sorry.like I said I came late" Rayne said and walked into her classroom.Cassie frowned and walked to her classroom.
"How was French and Maths?" Cassie asked Rayne as they walked towards her car.Cassie failed her Drivers test so she had to wait a year thus making Rayne her chauffeur.
"Typical.." Rayne said and pressed a button on her key.An Audi R8 made a sound and she smiled.Her uncle got it for her when she passed her test.He was a multi time billionaire who traded in oil.wondering where her parents are? they died when she was Ten in a fatal car crash.Nobody was there for her but her Uncle Mike and his wife Beryl.They were her new parents cause she had no choice at all.
"Wow..What happened to Ruby?" Cassie asked as she stared at the Black Glossy four wheeled machine in front of them
"She had a spa day" Rayne said with a smile before entering her car.They both wore their seat belts
"Oh no" Cassie said staring at what was before her "you see why I said you should never park here" She said as they both stared at the boy and girl making out aggressively near the bicycles
"This is very disturbing" Rayne said in awe "And I can't even look away" she chuckled.
"Me too" Cassie cried before they both burst out laughing

"This place rocks" Rayne murmured looking around the spacious restaurant.There were not much people around making it comfortable for her.She hated Crowds.people basically
"and I see a cute one" Cassie said eyeing the bartender.He was a cute dark skinned hottie.definitely Cassie's type.He smiled at her shyly as he wipes the glossy counter
"I'm going to say hi" She said leaving Rayne standing alone like a lost child in a supermarket.Rayne slowly walked towards a table in a corner which caught her eye.She admired the place as she walked towards the table.The Mexican features,the colours,the art,the smell of cherry and mint.It was almost perfect.She turned to look behind her for no apparent reason when she felt her chest get wet.She looked down to see broken glasses and alcohol dripping from her peach silk top she got two days ago
"Oh no this is Chanel" She squealed trying to wipe the drink of her
"What's going on here?" a female voice popped out of nowhere.She looked up to see a Mexican woman in official clothes.She was the manager
"She bumped into me" A male voice said proudly.She looked up to see a young man in a uniform holding a tray.She couldn't see his full face clearly due to the dim lights.
"OMG Chanel" Cassie gasped when she approached the scene.she always had to exaggerate things
"I know right.what will I tell Beryl?" Rayne sulked.she hated asking Mike and Beryl for stuff.It made her feel like she was a burden since they already had 3 children.
"I'm very sorry miss.How about I pay for the top?" The lady said politely
"Trust me..you can't afford it" Cassie said dabbing the too with a napkin
"Well ok how about free drinks for a week?" She offered again obviously hoping for a yes
"How about you fire him?" Cassie said looking at the guy with a straight face.
"Cassie!" Rayne exclaimed
"Miss I'm sorry that can't be fulfilled.He's one of the best waiters here" the lady said
"It's alright.She was probably kidding.well go with the drinks" Rayne said giving Cassie a death glare
"thank you and we're very sorry" The woman said and disappeared behind a door with the guy behind her.She was obviously mad at him
"Really Cassie?.you're that mean?" Rayne asked taking a seat.Cassie shrugged her shoulders and looked towards the bar.She smiled and looked away.Such a flirt
"So.he's Maxwell,3 years older,attends Winston University,drives a BMW 5 series and that's his job" Cassie said looking at Rayne who wasn't even interested "he isn't the richest guy in the world but he's cute"
"I didn't ask you Cass" Rayne said not looking up.her eyes were glued to her phone
"Reading stories again?" Cassie asked when she got board
"Yes.."
"Going to hang with Max" Cassie sighed and left Rayne sitting alone
"Thank you" Rayne said when the guy from before brought her some drinks
"Um excuse me.can you help me with something?" Rayne asked a little shy.He had a magnificent figure.his uniform was tight at all the right places and his chest not so broad but sexy "wow" she said to her self as she admired him.When he noticed what was happening,He cleared his throat to bring her back to life
"Sorry" she said shyly looking away thinking it was embarrassing
"How can I help you?" He asked "I have tons of work to get to"
"Oh yeah um my leggings is stuck to the table" she said struggling a little
"So?" He asked less interested.He wasn't the nicest person on earth at that moment
"Um so help me out..please" Rayne said with a frown.He said nothing and placed his tray on the table as he sat next to her.She still couldn't see his full face but he had an attractive pair of juicy lips .He bent down to where the fault was and released the fabric with ease and got up as quickly as he could "weird" she said to her self
"Thanks though" she yelled as he walked away.he said and nothing and continued walking like she said nothing at all.Like nothing had happened.like she wasn't even there.
