Our relationship continued on like that. Every day I would greet you good morning and text you good night. Sometimes, you would even ask me to sing you to sleep and I would do so, watching you peacefully. I liked staying longer than that and not ending the call, just watching you sleep until I do too, your angelic face etched in my mind. Several dates and walks and late night talks later, my members encouraged me to ask you to finally be mine. I did, and up to this day I still think it's one of the best decisions I've ever made. You said yes and our relationship grew from there. I knew more and more about you each day, some things I would find out by merely observing you. I got to know your heart and soul, and you got to know mine. The key to my heart was always something I was searching for. You held it all along.
