Who I am Part 2 (Parrlyn)

{Chapter 1: Game Night}

It had been almost a year since the queens had surprised Anne and Catherine with the location of their dreams.
Anne's knee had completely healed but it had taken a lot longer than expected since complications occurred as it was healing. She ended up having to keep her brace for almost 6 months.
To mark Anne finally being able to loose the knee brace, Anna decided to throw a game night. Everyone knew Anna could throw a great game night so they all agreed

Anne: You know. I'm really hoping Anna hasn't included uno in this game night. I don't feel like going back to the hospital to deal with an uno card injury when Aragon flips out and throws her cards everywhere.
Anna: No no no I wouldn't include that. Totally not. Nope....
Jane: You included it didn't you
Anna: Yeah....
Aragon: Well just tell kitty to not use her reverse card on me again
Cathrine: Maybe she will have learnt to not.
Jane: This is kitty we are talking about

Kitty comes skipping into the room

Kitty: Hey I heard my name!!!
Catherine: Yeah. Maybe not
Anne: Who cares. Let's just have a fun night.

Jane was in charge of snacks and made sure everyone had a slushy. She had moved on from smoothies and had revived a slushy machine for her birthday from Aragon as she wanted her blender back. But it ended up being a mistake because now the queens have a slushy after dinner every. Single. Night.

Jane: Yeah! I have everyone's slushies.

Jane brings over a tray of 6 slushies and hands them out.
Anna brings out the first game. And Anne takes a deep breath as she sees a pack of uno cards

Anna: Uno time!
Aragon: Ok so you listened to us talking about how uno isn't a good game for our group. Yet you make us play it first??
Anne: Look lets just play. Without the reverse cards. Because that obviously messes up our game.
Jane: Good idea!

Anna deals the cards out and Anne crosses her legs. Catherine notices that Anne winces as she brings her knee in. Anne rubs it and ignores the pain that shot through it.  The doctor said it was healed. So it's gotta be fine.
The game starts successfully. And they manage to make it down to about 2 or 3 cards each.
Aragon is next to kitty. This could go one of two ways.
They both had one card each. And it had got back to kitty. She gave Anne a look

Anne: Kitty. If you have a reverse card. Don't. Put. It down. You know what happened last time
Aragon: Don't you dare
Jane: Kitty do this for your own safety.
Cathrine: Ignore Jane. Do this for everyone's safety

Anne picked up a pillow and put it in front of her and Catherines faces and peeked over the top of it.

Kitty: Im sorry.
Aragon: Kitty don't you dare.

Kitty gives the girls an apologetic look and puts down her final card
A card with the number 4 stares back at them all
The girls go silent and all turn to look at Aragon.
Aragon stares at the card and then to kitty.
Anne rises the pillow in front of their faces.
And Aragon bursts out laughing.
The queens stare at each other as Aragon laughs and laughs.
She manages to splutter out between laughs

Aragon: I- I thought you had- had a reverse card

She continues to laugh and within a few seconds. All the queens are laughing.
All expect for kitty. Kitty is lying with her head on the table. Anna notices and pokes her.

Anna: Kitty. Kitty what are you doing.

Kitty doesn't respond. So Anna pushes her and her head falls to the side. She is fast asleep

Jane: Is she asleep?
Aragon: Definitely asleep
Anne: How much of the slushy did she drink?

Jane lifts up her cup and it's completely empty.

Jane: That explains it. She's sugar crashed
Anna: At least I still have mine

She reaches down to next to her and picks up an empty cup.

Cathrine: You don't seem to have one
Anna: What? I had over half left!

She inspects the cup. And notices something

Anna: Red lipstick.

She looks straight at Anne who puts her hands up and says

Anne: I'm not wearing any! Yes I usually do. But I know someone who likes to steal mine

She turns her head to look at kitty who is still asleep with her head on the table.

Anna: Why didn't I think it would be her! Dam. 2 full slushies have put her out for the count. Im gonna take her up to bed.
Anne: I think this game night is over. I'm gonna stay here and watch a film.
Catherine: I'll join you on that one.

Anna, Aragon and jane all lift up kitty and take her up to her room
Jane returns and clears up the uno cards and the slushy cups

Anne: Jane don't worry about them. We can do them.
Jane: No. you two lay down

Jane finishes clearing up and whispers to the girls as she leaves

Jane: I'll switch the light off. Don't stay up too late

Catherine flicks through the film choices. But they finally decide on Peter Pan.

Anne: I always used to have a crush on Peter Pan. She looks at Catherine. That changed didn't it

Cathrine laughs and presses play
For a while they sit in silence and just watch the film. But about halfway through. Anne finds Catherine's hand and slips hers into it
Catherine squeezes it back and they cuddle up together

Cathrine: Is your knee ok? I think it was hurting you earlier when you crossed your legs
Anne: It was a bit achey. But it's ok. It's still gonna be sensitive. That's why I'm going to physiotherapy.
Catherine: Ok. Just be careful.
Anne: I will.

They stay cuddled up until the film finishes.
Even when Catherine has switched the tv off, they stay.

Anne: I don't wanna get up
Catherine: Lets just stay here then
Anne: Ok. Yeah I like that idea.

They lie more comfortably and both fall asleep in a matter of minutes .
